Work Orders

  • All Work Orders - View ALL work orders and filter them by their status or sort them by the different column headers.

  • Add Work Order - Create a new work order.

  • Transfer Work Orders - This allows you to reassign work orders assigned to a specific user, location, department or service category to a different one.

  • Space Availability - Search and find times when spaces are available for work order maintenance.

  • Export to iCal - Export work orders that are already created or generated on the internal calendar to a Google or Outlook Calendar so others can view them outside of eSPACE (this is only a one-way sync that refreshes about every 15 min).

Maintenance (PM - Preventive Maintenance)

This will be visible on the Administrator(s) Sidebar only.

  • Add Maintenance [PM] - Create new scheduled maintenance (Ex: Quarterly Filter Change)
  • List Maintenance [PM] - All created scheduled maintenance items.

Equipment (Management)

All pieces of equipment (HVAC Unit, toilets, etc.) listed with detailed information & that has been added by an Administrator plus all History pertaining to any piece of equipment.

Current Inventory - This is a list of your current in-stock inventory items showing quantity on hand, by inventory item type and location.

You can create a work order from the calendar and view all work orders here. When you hover over a work order on the calendar, you will see a pop-up with details that include category, description, status, and ETA.

  • Use the filter options to see specific work orders at different locations, assigned to different departments, Service Categories, users and/or different priorities.
