How to add notes to inventory items, adjust inventory, and see inventory adjustment records

Inventory Note

  • Admins and sub-admins who can manage inventory can go to Settings>Advanced>Inventory Items and click Edit to the right of an item

  • Once there, they can scroll to the bottom where they can make a persistent note pertaining to that Inventory Item and click Save afterwards (this note will appear whenever you view it)

  • They can also click on History to expand and reveal the change and any others that have been made:

Inventory Adjustment

  • Admins and sub-admins who can manage inventory can go to Settings > Advanced > Current Inventory. There they will see three ways to adjust inventory.
  • 1. The first option is to click "Edit" to the right of an Item. 

    • 2. The second option is to click "Inventory Adjustment" at the top right of the inventory page.
  • Once there, scroll to the bottom where they can make a transactional note pertaining to that Inventory Item and click Save afterwards:

  • 3. The third option is to choose "Import Inventory Adjustments" which will allow them to upload an Excel file and map those fields to make adjustments to multiple inventory items at once.

Viewing Inventory Adjustment History

  • When they return to Settings > Advanced>  Inventory Items and click Edit to the right of that Item, you can click on History to reveal the (1) Inventory Adjustment and (2) Note you made:
