Devices to Use
- From a technical standpoint, our digital signage will work with any device that is WIFI capable and/or able to receive/be pointed to a specific URL. Therefore, if you are wondering about what equipment to purchase, just make sure it can access a URL/web address.
- Since ROKU TV’s can not be easily pointed to a specific URL, we do not recommend them.

Samsung Display QB-13R displays are not compatible since their proprietary Tizen browser runs on an old outdated version of Chrome.

Design & Implementaion
In INFOSPACE you can create digital signage displays using 1 of 4 options and then use the URL generated by eSPACE-INFOSPACE to place into the browser of your TV, monitor, tablet or other device so it automatically displays the events.

- If the device you are using or the browser in the device you are using supports vertical screen orientation, then you can vertically rotate the Smart TV, tablet, or whatever you are using for INFOSPACE and have the events in the URL read correctly from left to right.

Refresh Rate
For any display type that has a refresh rate option in the settings of that display type, you can choose one of the options from the drop-down menu of how often you want the events in the URL to be resynced with your eSPACE account.
The INFOSPACE displays will continue to refresh and display events as long as you have the URL in the browser on your device.
Digital Signage Limits
- You can use the same URL from eSPACE for up to 25 different devices, but you can generate as many URL's as you want and use them on as many devices as you want (as long as you don't use the same URL for more than 25 devices).
Step One: Switching to the FACILITeSPACE Module
1. Once you are ready to start INFOSPACE, log into your eSPACE account and click on "My Modules" at the top right and select FACILITeSPACE.
- Only the admin with billing access who initially added INFOSPACE to the subscription will be granted immediate access to the Building Automations, but they can give access to other admins.

- Once in the FACILITESPACE module, you can switch back to another module by clicking on the arrow next to the eSPACE logo and selecting a different module.

To access all the features of INFOSPACE, click on Digital Signage in the left side menu bar:
- Displays: This option lets you create a display that will then generate a URL that you can place in the internet browser of your device in order to show the display that you created.
- Announcements: This option lets you create a stand alone slide that will act as an announcement, which can be added to several of the display options.
- File Library: Here you can upload files to be used as the background of announcements or displays. Once they are uploaded, you can then go edit or create an announcement or display type and add the file that you uploaded to your Document Library.
- Settings: Here, you can click on INFOSPACE Settings in order to see the option to create a pin that can be used for the "Room Signage Scheduler" display option. This allows only people with the pin to be able to use the display to create a last-minute event for a space.
