What work orders are in the All Work Orders in Progress grid
All work orders in progress can be viewed by any Administrator on their dashboard under "All Work Orders in Progress" grid. These include any scheduled preventive maintenance items, as well as other work orders that are in progress.
All Work Orders In Progress - ALL work orders in progress that have either been auto-assigned to a department or user based on Routing Rules OR have been manually reviewed and assigned to a department or appropriate person to perform the duties. You have the option to print, view, or re-assign them.- 1. If a work order is PAST DUE, this will be indicated below the WO #.
- 2. If there is an attachment within the work order, this will be indicated by a paperclip icon below the WO #.
- 3. If there is a piece of equipment added to a work order, you will see that indicated by a wrench icon on the work order.

- 4. For unread comments, you will see a green conversation bubble on the grid and a red bubble ion on the work order that has the unread comment. You can also sign up for email notifications regarding new/unread comments on work orders.

You can open the work order to view/add any comments by clicking on the work order number OR by clicking on the (+), located to the left of the work order, to expand the work order.

If you'd like to search for a particular work order or export the work orders in progress, you can find these options, located on the top of the gray grid title bar (as shown in the grid above).
You can also search for any work order regardless of status in the All Work Order page, in your left side menu bar.
