Agreed. I would suggest that the option to "Notify Requester" be added to each comment made so that if the Assignee has a question for either their Supervisor or the Requester he can decide who will be notified about that comment/question

This would be an option if there was a check box that allowed you to "Notify Requester" with either a comment or a question

This would be helpful as well when viewing Work Orders on a mobile device, so that not all the details of the WO are shown in small font but that just a list of subject lines would show, then allowing the user to click on the WO to see full details
There should also be an option as an Admin to display "Space/Location" after the Subject in quick-view on a mobile deviceAdam Lawrence supported this idea ·

Definitely a must!! This is where an ENLARGED SUBJECT LINE for each WO would be helpful and make scanning WOs feasible
