An error occurred while saving the comment We would like to learn more information on the reason why *all users* would need access to the details. If the visibility of certain info is needed by users that will be setting things up, perhaps a better solution is to expose that info on the Setup page. Our concern is that there are likely a number of organizations using eSPACE that do not want all the info on the Details to be visible to all users. Thoughts?

An error occurred while saving the comment We would love to get more info on the usecase(s) for this. One comment mentions that by allowing private calendars in eSPACE, it would eliminate the need for people to operate 2 different calendars: eSPACE for work and Google for personal. Given how tightly integrated Google Calendar is with Google email, do eSPACE users really want their personal calendar in eSPACE? Or would they rather see their eSPACE events in their Google calendar? The ICS calendar feed allows eSPACE events to show up in personal Google calendars, which to me, seems the best approach. You can find more info on how this works here: https://bit.ly/3jqhKVi

An error occurred while saving the comment Although you cannot currently "restore" a canceled event, you can go to the details tab of the canceled event and select "Copy" to copy the event, make any changes and submit it for approval. Please reach out to support, if you have any questions. Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hanna,
We are actually in development now of really enhancing the event request process. Basically you will be able to expose everything you can create on a real event. It will much more robust and will allow you to do this. Thanks! -

It's already optional to require contact info. This is not required. Maybe I'm not following your request. Can you please elaborate? Thanks!Tim

An error occurred while saving the comment This shouldn't be that hard of a change since the iCAL standards has a Resources property.

An error occurred while saving the comment We plan on making this change with our dashboard enhancements next month!
Thanks!

Kodey, you can actually do this by selecting "Weekly on XXXX" then click the "Customize" link that appears right under the "Recurrence Rules" text. That will give you the option to modify the day(s) of the week, and for the event to be every XX weeks.
