Print Event summaries from the Dashboard
It would save so much time if we were able to print event summaries from the dashboard rather than having to click on the event then going to the "Summary" tab then printing. We print summary reports for each event so being able to click print summary report for each one from the dashboard would be a dream.

Single line CONVERSATION editting.
Again on a mobile phone this is hard to edit. Would be nice to have a larger area to edit like a full screen. I have to scroll through on a single line to find a misspelled word. Thanks.

"ADD WORK ORDER" enlarge click area.
iPHONE button seems a bit picky to select ADD WORK ORDER. I'm almost hitting SCAN BARCODE button. Maybe unique to iPhone SE (latest model)

Public Calendar Week View
Add "Week" to the pick list of Day/Month/Agenda/Event. That's a digestible medium term look ahead for websites, etc.

Export all sser permissions/locations etc to excel
Need to be able to export all User permissions data so we can see where we need to make changes to locations, departments, credentials etc. We have a lot of staff/volunteers moving to different campuses and ministries etc. We need to reset how we do things and going in an out of 150 users isn't efficient to see who/ what needs to be updated. We need to do this for data integrity and security purposes regularly.

Would it be possible to see an attachment of an item on the item page rather than having to enter it and go to the next page to see it?

Sub-Admins
Would love to have the the functionality for a sub-admin to manage external vendors and the document library. In fact, it would be very advantageous for Admins to have the ability to give sub-admins many of the same rights as Admins have. Much like the toggle button currently available for sub-admins.

Admins and Sub-admins need to change the location
In a multi-site church, when a work order comes in, it comes to the default, but our team is not able to edit the location (we have 6)

Run a report for all inventory under reorder threshold
It would be great to be able to run a full report of all items in each category that are under the reorder threshold.
(We have 3 different inventory managers based around different departments so having everything lumped together would not be ideal)

Save Documents to an External Vendor
If you could save documents to an external vendor or vendor contact, I would love to be able to scan business cards in and keep all our vendor info in one spot!

Would like to have all documents added to a work order for a specific piece of equipment available when looking at equipment without having to go into the work order.

Do you have any plans to develop janitorial cleaning software?
I'm looking for janitorial cleaning software, but most of it is designed for commercial cleaning companies. Since we have all the spaces entered in the system anyway it seems like it wouldn't be hard to develop a program where we can assign cleaning duties and keep track of what's been cleaned etc.

PM-Walkthrough Interactive Checklist
This may be a bit of a heavy lift, but the resulting product could be great. Our organization is currently using stand-alone in-house checklists to complete PM walkthroughs/inspections on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
I am proposing a feature in eSpace where users can create PM checklists that are interactive (could be completed on a tablet), can trigger work order creation, and produce a report.
Example: Checklist with a customizable "Task" column, 3 checkbox columns (e.g., "Good", "Needs Attention", and "N/A"), and a "Create Work Order" button. Would also be nice to organize tasks by it's related Service…

Asset tag size
Is it possible to have tag size options when printing barcodes. Some items need a tag but a 3/4 x 2" is just to big. Avery makes a tamper resistant one that is smaller.

Allow inventory to be requested in spaces
At the moment inventory is only able to be requested via the form for another location, but those of us with only one location or campus and many parent spaces, need to be able to request inventory items to those parent spaces. Otherwise the whole inventory feature is useless

Customize columns on Work Order Dashboard.
It would be nice to add a column for Service Categories on the Work Order Dashboard and/or the ability to add or delete columns to further customize the dashboard..

aisle and bin usage in "request inventory"
I would like to offer a suggestion for future development.
Most stores online portals and apps utilize the aisle and bin locations used in store to help customers find what they are looking for. (I find this incredibly useful for store like Home Depot.)
I was wondering, if in future updates, could aisles and bins be added to the "pick" section of an inventory request? This would make it much easier for transferring supplies from one location to another, especially since we warehouse most of our inventory.

Neither, Offsite, Virtual
Currently, an event can be ONE of the option neither, offsite, virtual. As we are returning to on campus, we have discovered the need for a hybrid events due to limited numbers of people who can be in-person. I have several events that will be both neither AND virtual. Would like to be able to have one event that would allow more than one selection.

Integration with MS Teams (and Zoom); when choosing virtual have the popup option to click to Teams (or Zoom) to create the virtual meeting
When creating a virtual event, give a pop up option to go to Teams or Zoom to create/retrieve the meeting link.

Configurations selection should add the resources to the reservation
We have several configurations that are possible in each of our rooms. When a user selects their configuration, in order for the equipment to come out of inventory they also have to add the resources that are part of that configuration. We should be able to set the resources that are part of each configuration and have them auto added once the configuration is selected.
