We need the ability to edit an existing PM under List Maintenance

It would be nice, when scheduling, to be able to scroll quickly down through the resources, instead of having to push "next" repeatedly for items I will not be using.

We are getting a lot of work orders with every room in the campus selected because it's too easy to do so.

When approving requests on the "Availability" page, I would like to hide all the requests for approval that are outside of my "Approval Area".

In other words, when somebody is setting up an event and is requesting resources from various departments, I would like to hide the requests directed at the other departments so I only see the requests for resources in my department that I have responsibility for.

Right now there is only an option to "sort" PMs/WOs in the app (descending,ascending, etc). It would be nice to be able to actually search by typing in a word or a WO#. That would make things much quicker than scrolling through however many WOs one has to find the one you're looking for.

Does eSpace have a guest registering/sign in system in the works? It could mesh with Event Scheduler by registering guests the day of, etc.
It could also work as a guest lobby kiosk. Kind of like a "security"check point. A temporary badge could be printed with access control abilities even. This would be even more robust than just an event guest login/ticketing system.

It would be nice to be able to add a URL in say a comment field, task field or user-defined field and have the ability to jump to the link in a web browser or have the ability to copy/paste from the text in the app and paste into phone browser. Right now it's impossible to copy/paste in the app. Example: Google Forms link

Double-clicking on an item, such as in Settings, Basic, Spaces, should open the item. In the case of Spaces, double-clicking would open the item in the edit screen.

I haven't found any way to send notice of completion of a work order to anyone other than the requester. For example, I set up all the work orders, but my boss would like to receive notice of completion of each WO as they are completed.

I have a few staff that do not use a smart device and have to use a computer to manage their WO's. I'd love to be able to print WO's in a batch instead of individually.

It would be great when adding/editing Planned Maintenance Items to be able to connect the PM to multiple locations/spaces (think template). Right now, it seems that I have to enter the same PM multiple times for different Locations. Since we have multiple buildings our PMs flow across those multiple locations.

When a new project is proposed it may require purchase of equipment, and/or generation of work orders for internal and/or external vendors. A budget is approved for the project and would like to also be able to track all expenses (time/materials) to that project.
