    When building a report for Space Useage, the only option is to select the Event Name to print out, you cannot select a Schedule that falls under the event. So everything prints out as the Main Event. Which doesn't make sense as the Schedule under the Main Event is really the event that is happening......so if you have a Funeral Reception listed as a Schedule under Funeral, it prints out that the Funeral is in the Atrium, but it's really the Funeral Reception in the Atrium.....

  2. Update event time without deleting registrants.

    I recently had to change the time for an event with current registrations.
    In order to do that I had to delete the registrants and then change the time. Can we correct this so registrants are not required to be deleted. This causes confusion for the registrants.

  3. Ability to create folders (and subfolders) within the Document Library

    Having the ability to create folders/subfolders within the Document Library would allow one to store, organize, and easily find different kinds of documents instead of storing them all together.

  4. Pulling Specific Services

    For Reports - i wish i could just pull 1 of the subheading under Services for the Report instead of all of the Services being printed out -
    I pull all the events for the week, but I only want to see the Hospitality orders (which is under Services) - it pulls ALL the Services related to the event - which for custodial reports is too much information

  5. Date heading on Reports

    It would be most helpful to have the day of the week for days in the report - Ex: Wednesday January 5, 2022 instead of 1/5/2022 - when the facilities crew meets we talk about what needs to be done by Wednesday or by Saturday - when we see for example 1/5/2022 - we say "what day of the week is that"??

  6. The ability for inventory to have a different aisle and bin per location

    This request is only if spaces are not added for inventory. Currently you can only define aisle bin at the item level. When the inventory is moved, it keeps the same aisle/bin with the inability to edit.

  7. Add option to add Department dropdown on Work Order tab in Event Scheduler

    It would be helpful if the Work Order tab in the Event Scheduler could have the option the add the department dropdown to help filter the work order options. This option is available in the Work Order Management side and helps eliminate the amount of searching and scrolling.

  8. Pre-Approved Google Calendar Events

    When an event is submitted and rolls through the approval workflow, it will appear on the Google Calendar. However, if someone tries to edit the event, it gets pulled off the calendar and rolls back through for approval. So if someone, for example, realizes they need one extra table for their event, it gets completely removed from the calendar while they edit it and wait for re-approval.

    Is there a way to keep events that have already been fully approved on the calendar, even if they have changes made that need to be re-reviewed and approved?

    A report (by room only) to see a complete room history by the inventory and assets but have a word box for misc info like paint color, age of items etc, possible changes to room. This would help overall inventories and an easy way to navigate work orders and budgetary requests.

  10. Public Calendar: Limit number of events listed

    Would like to see the ability to limit the number of events shows on the public calendar "by event" view. The new format woudl be great for embedding on website pages for each ministry... but the list can be too long. This is mainly because the default is to show events for the next 30 days, which includes recurrences of all Sunday and midweek activities. Ideally, if we could limit the list to a set numeber of event, or perhaps just to the next 7 days instead of a full month, that woudl be great!

  11. View Registration Info on App

    We'd love to view and edit our service registrations on the app. Ideally we'd be able to print out the list and check them in on the app. Thanks for considering this idea.

  12. Inventory grouping for vehicles

    It would be great if we could group inventory with vehicles. Currently you can only do it with equipment so I would have to take all of our vehicles and enter them as equipment as well in order to group inventory for them.

  13. "undocumented feature" causing havoc

    After cancelling occurrences in a recurring event, when at a later session, the TIME (start and/or end) is changed, and the event updated, the "cancelled" occurrences reappear. This is causing havoc in with our scheduling.

    During the initial setup in WOMS once the parent spaces are added it would be nice to add spaces within the parent space instead of doing the drag and drop.

  15. Condensed Monthly Print Out

    A monthly print out with the bare minimum showing the start time and event name only, and for it to print portrait style hopefully to print on one page only, if possible.

  16. "Elevator" as a Service Category

    Having Elevator/Lift as a service category would be more descriptive than just equipment. ADA basically puts elevators on the same level as HVAC. Some bigger churches have more than 1. When grouping all the elevators for a full day of PM, it makes it a bit easier

  17. Allow for dependencies for sequenced work orders to be created.

    Sometimes it's necessary to sequence work in order to make sure that it's done in the correct order. Similar to the "create work order" tab in events.

  18. Integration with Zapier, Jotform, Trello

    Our team has automation set up for our incoming requests (to automate repetitive tasks). We work with Jotform and Trello and use Zapier as a way to connect these two systems to "talk" to each other. It would be great for eSPACE to enable this.

  19. Add the description, rooms reserved, resources, etc to Google Calendar integration

    The google calendar integration is currently only pulling the names and event time over from espace. I think this integration would be much more useful if in addition, it would pull over what rooms are reserved, what description has been added, and what resources and services are associated with the event.

  20. make setup and tear down time an option to be visible on the public calendar.

    When one looks at the calendar and wants to reserve a room for a time that appears to be available they get confused when the request gets declined because they are requesting time that has been blocked out for setup but they cannot see that.
