  2. Conditional logic formatting in Form Builder

    We suggest having more creativity in form builder to include sub menus, sub drop down menus, headings, checklists, etc. so that when a work order is created that it is more user friendly when trying to complete the work order.

  3. Auto Create Conversation Based On Form/Email

    I use the WO system for my IT helpdesk (like Freshdesk/ZenDesk). I would like the tickets submitted via the custom form/email for IT, to automatically open a conversation between the requestor and assigned technician with the WO title as the subject and launch an email thread so that the assigned tech and requestor can simply reply via email. The initial WO request should be the first comment in this thread, so everything is available in this conversation.

    Also, closing/completing a WO should also close the conversation.
    It would nice if I could make the conversation vies my default view.

  4. Phone Number Blank on External Vendors Page

    Have a blank for the phone number of External Vendors without having to go into External Vendor Contacts. We don't always have a specific contact person, but need a general phone number listed.

  5. HVAC Override Indicator

    When looking at events in the calendar or dashboard, is there anyway to easily tell if an event has the HVAC overright chosen without having to go into the event itself? For example, a colored dot or something simpled?

    Is there a way to make the left menu list stationary and only be able to scroll to the right side of the screen? This would leave the menu visible at all times.

  7. Give Admins the ability to filter notifications based on requested items

    Allow Admins to filter the notifications they would like to receive based on location, items, spaces, etc. For example, we have multiple admins, but only one admin approves events. The others admins have rights for other purposes, such as support, calendaring, etc. One of our admins needs to receive all notifications, the rest only need specific notifications. It would be nice to filter the notifications we need so that we only receive relevant notifications. Receiving all notifications can become cumbersome.

  11. Reporting option for Drafts

    This is a request/suggestion that would be quite helpful for me in e-space. Once a year we put our events in for the upcoming year and then submit them for approval. I would love the ability to print a report of these events while they are still in drafts in order to show them to my ministries for proofreading before clicking submit.

    Single Sign on with Azure Active Directory for staff. This way we can better secure our login by enforcing MFA on our AAD, reduce the number of passwords users have to manage, and when a staff person leaves we can disable eSpace access automatically when we disable their AAD account.

  17. Room set up complete Button

    space (meeting room)set up complete button, it would be helpful if our guys could click a button after the room is set up to provide a notification to the Event Coordinator that the room is ready for an event. I would also like that the person who set up that room would be able to put either their name or initial next to the complete button and I would know who did the set up.

  20. Can we add the ability to edit a name to an occurrence?

    Can you add the ability to edit the name of an event that contains several schedules and multiple occurrences? To date, I can edit the day and time of an occurrence but not the name of it.
