After updating an event, it would be really helpful if the automated email that went out to all of the contacts said "Event Updated"
The automated emails that are sent to all contacts if a scheduled event has been changed just says "approved". It would be nice if those emails said "Updated" so that users know there has been a recent change to their event.

The ability to post a time a work order needs to be done by.
It would be nice to have the ability to enter the time a work order needs to be completed by, rather than just the date it needs to be completed. I have had several work orders that need to be completed in the morning (i.e. before 9 AM) and it would be nice to be able to convey that to my facilities workers without emailing each of them.

Custom Recurring Dates
When setting up custom recurring events, it would be great to be able to select from a predefined list of dates. For example, we are a school that runs on a six day letter rotation. If I want to add an event that occurs on every D day, I have to select each date for that recurring event. For other organizations, maybe you have a special schedule of Sunday events for the year that events need to be scheduled for, The ability to pre-populate those recurring schedules and select them when scheduling events would save a lot of time.

Event Summary
Why doesn't the Event Summary include the Configuration or Notes - if you send the summary to outside rental group, or email to inside staff member - or if i enter an event last minute and need to print off for facilities staff, it's missing the most important details for the event - doesn't make sense to have the Summary without the Configuration requested or the client notes - you can print out resources and notes but not the setup.....?

All app features available on tablet
Depending on the orientation of the tablet, you have limited side bar features available. Can we just get all features, all the time?
Phone too actually. Currently, I can't add equipment with my phone. That really stinks because it would be so much quicker and easier for myself and my techs. The easier it is for techs, the easier to implement eSpace. Otherwise, it's just extra work for people who already have too much on their plate.9 votes -
Change event name and description on occurrence
Need the ability to change the event name or description for a single event rather than ending the recurrence and adding a new series that needs to be completely approved again. An example would be that masking requirements have changed, or a special service at the usual service time.

Ability to print attachments, conversations ect.. on work orders
Having the ability to choose what you wanted printed on a work order would be so helpful. Attachments, conversations, task and history would be so helpful, especially for team members that don't have easy access to computers. I see where this would save cost and time when providing info to venders, members, management in other departments and board members. Sometimes pictures are needed to show severity, damage or even simple explanations.

Automatically add a "Task Group" to a WO based on a specific service category.
Within our organization, there are a lot of different requests that often have the same tasks assigned and steps needed to complete (ex: new user creation, computer setups, etc.). This would significantly save time and ensure continuity across these WOs

Dashboard - Upcoming Events in the next 30 days - Allow for view up to 60 days
Dashboard - Upcoming Events in the next 30 days - Allow for the view to be modified to include upcoming events in the next 60 days. Our AVL Team is trying to plan ahead and while the rolling 30 days is great, they wish they could see up to 60 days out. I don't find a way to filter this, could we make this an option?

Inventory Adjustment - please add comment or note
Please consider adding a comment or note box to the Inventory Adjustment workflow to allow us to type the reason for the adjustment. Thank you

analytics for inventory items
Can we please get an analysis section for inventory items used? We need to be able to track the number of items used in a week or a month to better plan for the future. If we could see a chart showing how much of each item was used( depleted) from each location we could better know the cost to run that location at the end of the year.

When entering a new event can the Work Order button be added to that process?
When entering a new event, can we add the Work Order button in that process to complete the requirements surrounding that event. It saves time and duplicate data entry about what is needed to setup for the event.

Location Address
We are a church that has multiple locations. It would be great if there was a place to put the address with each location that could automatically attach the the event that could be seen by the public instead of having to type the location address out in every public event note.

cost of items in "request inventory"
We have begun integrating inventory requests into our locations, and we need a way to let the REQUESTOR know upfront, before submitting, what the cost is per item.
This is something that we think should be visible to the locations so that they can prioritize requests based on budget.

Show repeat occurrences on the Upcoming Events Next 30 days
Almost missed assigning media staff for an event because it only showed up as ONE day in my Upcoming Events even though it was 4 days in a row. It only shows the NEXT one - not all 4.
Example - after the Monday one finished, the Tuesday one popped up. Same after Tuesday, etc. Would love to have all occurrences show up on Upcoming Events. :-)1 vote -
Parent Child Explanation
Add a brief explanation of slide and + use along with Parent/Chlld terminology use. For non-PC users who are not familiar with Parent/Child, when the system asks "Warning! Are you sure you want to reserve all child spaces for this selected space?," they do not know what to do.

Reservations
Change use of "Reservation" response to another term. In Ministry Platform, reservations are used for rooms, equipment, services, etc. By eSPACE asking if we would like to continue with our reservations for spaces, it can be misleading and confusing.

Please consider adding details like Equipment, Inventory, History etc. to the email notification for work orders.

Auto Create Conversation Based On Form/Email
I use the WO system for my IT helpdesk (like Freshdesk/ZenDesk). I would like the tickets submitted via the custom form/email for IT, to automatically open a conversation between the requestor and assigned technician with the WO title as the subject and launch an email thread so that the assigned tech and requestor can simply reply via email. The initial WO request should be the first comment in this thread, so everything is available in this conversation.
Also, closing/completing a WO should also close the conversation.

Phone Number Blank on External Vendors Page
Have a blank for the phone number of External Vendors without having to go into External Vendor Contacts. We don't always have a specific contact person, but need a general phone number listed.
