  1. View Registration Info on App

    We'd love to view and edit our service registrations on the app. Ideally we'd be able to print out the list and check them in on the app. Thanks for considering this idea.

    On the mobile app, when someone looks at a WO they are assigned from the Event Scheduler it does not allow them to see the Event Set-up Information. Would make it easier if they could see all the information about an Event on the WO.

  3. When running a report option for notes

    When I am running a report for events for the day, i cannot see the notes that users have requested unless I manually go into each event. is there a way to add this as a report criteria?

  4. Single line CONVERSATION editting.

    Again on a mobile phone this is hard to edit. Would be nice to have a larger area to edit like a full screen. I have to scroll through on a single line to find a misspelled word. Thanks.

  5. "ADD WORK ORDER" enlarge click area.

    iPHONE button seems a bit picky to select ADD WORK ORDER. I'm almost hitting SCAN BARCODE button. Maybe unique to iPhone SE (latest model)
    My iPad doesn't have this problem at all.

  7. Multiple App Function Requests

    Hello and thanks for the great work. I've used multiple work orders systems over the years and some of the basic functions are missing that would make the work flow so much more efficient in the mobile app:

    -the "Description" box and the "General Comments" boxes in the new work order don't have outline boxes making it hard to tell where to type

    -admins should be able to assign work orders in the workflow when creating a work order themselves. Currently you have to create it, save it, then go back to assign

    -ability to search work orders in progress,…

  8. Mobile App does not display parent space in work order

    This is a big issue IMO. When in a work order's "Detail" page on the mobile app, at the bottom, the "Space" is displayed; but only the most "child" space. So I have several parent and then children spaces within our location; but if only the last "child" space is displayed, I'm not able to view what "parent" space it is under.
    example:
    Location: SRC (we only have one location)
    Parent Space: Building C
    Child Space: Classroom 1 (This is all that shows up on the work order which doesn't really help)

  10. "Setup Complete" Indicator

    Our custodial setup team uses a tablet to view setups. It would be awesome if there was a way that the custodian could indicate on the Event Setup page that the room setup has been completed. Either by selecting a button at the bottom of the page that says "Setup Complete" and/or by a button beside EVENT SETUP under the EVENTS Dashboard tab. This would help with the times that someone needs to make a change to an upcoming event that has already been set or if someone is needing access to the room to decorate, etc. It would also…

  11. Option to disable a user's ability to delete an event and have a cancellation go through the approval process.

    Would like to have the option to disable a regular user's ability to delete an event. Likewise, if they cancel the event and provide the cancellation reason, the cancellation should follow the same process as the event creation approval process so that all the parties involved know that the event was cancelled.

  13. Is it possible on the mobile app that the uploaded configuration can clicked to enlarge to see it on the phone?

    Trying to see if a feature can be added to the mobile app in regard to configurations. It's great when you click on the event and it shows a small version of the configuration that was picked but is there a way for an individual to click on it and the image can be enlarged? This would greatly assist our maintenance crew and staff.

    Could you please add the Contacts name, phone and email to display in the eSpace app so our facilities staff can contact the person in charge of the event when necessary?

    Mobile app for both Android & iPhone, users, as well as, sub-admins & admins all need capability to see description of event. Also, push notifications when approved events are updated.

    For work orders in progress, it is possible to sort by 6 different categories. Would it be possible to add a category that sorts requests based on the spaces?

  17. Public Request Work Order: Portal User can Edit and Comment

    When a Public Request Work Order is approved and/or assigned....it would be great to have the requestor have the ability to comment on the ticket and see a "Comment logo" on the there ticket ( just like in admin or end-suer settings).

    Allowing the portal user to login and see "submitted work orders" than be able to edit information by COMMENTING to PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFO. This would allow more transparency of information to the requestor and end user. This would be great!

  19. Ability to access vendors info from app and directly call or email them from the app.

    I would love to be able to pull up a list of vendors from my app and call them or email them from there. Also, in the work order to be able to follow the vendor from the work order to their information to directly contact them.

  20. QR code for portal

    I think that a mobile app for the work order portal would be cool. Further, each space could have a menu of QR codes posted on the wall. The QR code would take the place of manually identifying the item, picking a space, picking a service request, etc.
