The Revert to Draft button is visible on the Details page of an event IF an event is approved, but not visible if the event is partially approved or pending pre-approval.

I would like to suggest that the Revert to Draft button be available on every Details page instead of just the details screen of events the are approved.

Why? Because sometimes people want the time and room of their event approved, but don't yet have all the details. It would be handy to be able to easily revert to draft an event that has been through preapproval but doesn't have all the details nailed down (like description). Being able to Revert to Draft at any point would be handy.
