Comment Character Limit
The comment section for work orders is very limited. If you were (for instance) trying to add a comment in full detail of a piece of equipment with network issues, you run out of space before fully being able to describe efforts for repair, and having a backwards reading comment section that's supposed to be one comment is more difficult than it should be for other to navigate.

Totally agree with this suggestion. We ask for our users to provide as much detail as possible when they open a ticket and we try to provide them with adequate detail throughout the process. I find that we are having to add multiple comments just to detail one thought or issue.
It would also be good to see the history of the ticket dialog along with the description. Most ticketing apps I've used over the past 20 years show all dialog in one screen instead of having to go back and forth between sections or tabs. Thanks!
