Sort Work Orders automatically by Department
We have a few departments for work orders to go to. We don't want the sub-admins for those departments to have to look at all the work orders in order to see which ones are theirs before they assign them. Since the requestor has to choose the department and service category, it would be nice if it would automatically be sent to that department and the department sub-admin would see only the work orders for that department and could then assign it to the proper user to complete the work.

Yes, having the ticket automatically assigned to the given department makes much more sense in our environment. Facilities and IT tickets are pretty easy for a user to distinguish between when creating the ticket. Would save us a step on the back end.
We have the same situation except we use it for facilities, IT and data entry requests. We would love to have it so that the admins to the departments only saw their departments requests before they can dive it out to the workers
