adding/editing Planned Maintenance Items

It would be great when adding/editing Planned Maintenance Items to be able to connect the PM to multiple locations/spaces (think template). Right now, it seems that I have to enter the same PM multiple times for different Locations. Since we have multiple buildings our PMs flow across those multiple locations.

    yea we change our smoke alarms for example in half of our rooms every 10 years and change the other half in a different year but don't want to have a scheduled maintenance per room.
