  2. Automatically add a "Task Group" to a WO based on a specific service category.

    Within our organization, there are a lot of different requests that often have the same tasks assigned and steps needed to complete (ex: new user creation, computer setups, etc.). This would significantly save time and ensure continuity across these WOs

  3. analytics for inventory items

    Can we please get an analysis section for inventory items used? We need to be able to track the number of items used in a week or a month to better plan for the future. If we could see a chart showing how much of each item was used( depleted) from each location we could better know the cost to run that location at the end of the year.

  4. cost of items in "request inventory"

    We have begun integrating inventory requests into our locations, and we need a way to let the REQUESTOR know upfront, before submitting, what the cost is per item.

    This is something that we think should be visible to the locations so that they can prioritize requests based on budget.

  5. Pulling Specific Services

    For Reports - i wish i could just pull 1 of the subheading under Services for the Report instead of all of the Services being printed out -
    I pull all the events for the week, but I only want to see the Hospitality orders (which is under Services) - it pulls ALL the Services related to the event - which for custodial reports is too much information

  6. Date heading on Reports

    It would be most helpful to have the day of the week for days in the report - Ex: Wednesday January 5, 2022 instead of 1/5/2022 - when the facilities crew meets we talk about what needs to be done by Wednesday or by Saturday - when we see for example 1/5/2022 - we say "what day of the week is that"??

  9. The ability for inventory to have a different aisle and bin per location

    This request is only if spaces are not added for inventory. Currently you can only define aisle bin at the item level. When the inventory is moved, it keeps the same aisle/bin with the inability to edit.

  13. "Elevator" as a Service Category

    Having Elevator/Lift as a service category would be more descriptive than just equipment. ADA basically puts elevators on the same level as HVAC. Some bigger churches have more than 1. When grouping all the elevators for a full day of PM, it makes it a bit easier

  15. Allow for dependencies for sequenced work orders to be created.

    Sometimes it's necessary to sequence work in order to make sure that it's done in the correct order. Similar to the "create work order" tab in events.

  16. Add project management module that connects with the work order management system.

    As the WOMS stands, I am managing projects outside of eSpace and adding work orders manually.

    I have to manually manage what projects to add and when, because many have dependent work orders.

    The workaround of creating 1 work order filled with delegation tasks does not allow the same functionality .

  17. Being able to separate backlog work orders into different departments within analytics

    When looking at the analytics for a year getting the backlog to be able to separate all of the backlog work orders by department to see which departments need to close out work orders or to be able to check if the work orders are done

  18. Credit Card Processing for Invoices

    Please consider the ability to either turn off the option to pay via credit card and the ability to pass the transaction fee onto the payer. We really need the ability to turn off credit card payments for some invoices and the ability to pass the fee on would be great in other instances.

  19. Integration with Zapier, Jotform, Trello

    Our team has automation set up for our incoming requests (to automate repetitive tasks). We work with Jotform and Trello and use Zapier as a way to connect these two systems to "talk" to each other. It would be great for eSPACE to enable this.

    Please consider have a short 2-sec delay for Hover Details to appear. We often scroll over a day or week calendar view with our mouse and hover details pop up everywhere. I am frequently hiding and unhiding hover details to avoid this issue. thank you.
