  1. Custom Recurring Dates

    When setting up custom recurring events, it would be great to be able to select from a predefined list of dates. For example, we are a school that runs on a six day letter rotation. If I want to add an event that occurs on every D day, I have to select each date for that recurring event. For other organizations, maybe you have a special schedule of Sunday events for the year that events need to be scheduled for, The ability to pre-populate those recurring schedules and select them when scheduling events would save a lot of time.

  2. Dashboard - Upcoming Events in the next 30 days - Allow for view up to 60 days

    Dashboard - Upcoming Events in the next 30 days - Allow for the view to be modified to include upcoming events in the next 60 days. Our AVL Team is trying to plan ahead and while the rolling 30 days is great, they wish they could see up to 60 days out. I don't find a way to filter this, could we make this an option?

  3. Edit ticket confirmation receipt screen/ email.

    We would love the capability to edit the ticket confirmation screen and the confirmation email. Please look into if this option is feasible.

  4. analytics for inventory items

    Can we please get an analysis section for inventory items used? We need to be able to track the number of items used in a week or a month to better plan for the future. If we could see a chart showing how much of each item was used( depleted) from each location we could better know the cost to run that location at the end of the year.

  5. cost of items in "request inventory"

    We have begun integrating inventory requests into our locations, and we need a way to let the REQUESTOR know upfront, before submitting, what the cost is per item.

    This is something that we think should be visible to the locations so that they can prioritize requests based on budget.

  6. Update event time without deleting registrants.

    I recently had to change the time for an event with current registrations.
    In order to do that I had to delete the registrants and then change the time. Can we correct this so registrants are not required to be deleted. This causes confusion for the registrants.

  7. Conditional logic formatting in Form Builder

    We suggest having more creativity in form builder to include sub menus, sub drop down menus, headings, checklists, etc. so that when a work order is created that it is more user friendly when trying to complete the work order.

  8. The ability for inventory to have a different aisle and bin per location

    This request is only if spaces are not added for inventory. Currently you can only define aisle bin at the item level. When the inventory is moved, it keeps the same aisle/bin with the inability to edit.

  9. SSO with Azure Active Directory

    Single Sign on with Azure Active Directory for staff. This way we can better secure our login by enforcing MFA on our AAD, reduce the number of passwords users have to manage, and when a staff person leaves we can disable eSpace access automatically when we disable their AAD account.

  10. View Registration Info on App

    We'd love to view and edit our service registrations on the app. Ideally we'd be able to print out the list and check them in on the app. Thanks for considering this idea.

    A monthly print out with the bare minimum showing the start time and event name only, and for it to print portrait style hopefully to print on one page only, if possible.

  12. Automatically add a "Task Group" to a WO based on a specific service category.

    Within our organization, there are a lot of different requests that often have the same tasks assigned and steps needed to complete (ex: new user creation, computer setups, etc.). This would significantly save time and ensure continuity across these WOs

  14. Public Calendar: Limit number of events listed

    Would like to see the ability to limit the number of events shows on the public calendar "by event" view. The new format woudl be great for embedding on website pages for each ministry... but the list can be too long. This is mainly because the default is to show events for the next 30 days, which includes recurrences of all Sunday and midweek activities. Ideally, if we could limit the list to a set numeber of event, or perhaps just to the next 7 days instead of a full month, that woudl be great!

  15. Ability to create folders (and subfolders) within the Document Library

    Having the ability to create folders/subfolders within the Document Library would allow one to store, organize, and easily find different kinds of documents instead of storing them all together.

  16. Allow for dependencies for sequenced work orders to be created.

    Sometimes it's necessary to sequence work in order to make sure that it's done in the correct order. Similar to the "create work order" tab in events.

  17. Pulling Specific Services

    For Reports - i wish i could just pull 1 of the subheading under Services for the Report instead of all of the Services being printed out -
    I pull all the events for the week, but I only want to see the Hospitality orders (which is under Services) - it pulls ALL the Services related to the event - which for custodial reports is too much information

  18. Date heading on Reports

    It would be most helpful to have the day of the week for days in the report - Ex: Wednesday January 5, 2022 instead of 1/5/2022 - when the facilities crew meets we talk about what needs to be done by Wednesday or by Saturday - when we see for example 1/5/2022 - we say "what day of the week is that"??

  19. Integration with Zapier, Jotform, Trello

    Our team has automation set up for our incoming requests (to automate repetitive tasks). We work with Jotform and Trello and use Zapier as a way to connect these two systems to "talk" to each other. It would be great for eSPACE to enable this.

  20. make setup and tear down time an option to be visible on the public calendar.

    When one looks at the calendar and wants to reserve a room for a time that appears to be available they get confused when the request gets declined because they are requesting time that has been blocked out for setup but they cannot see that.
