Add Form Option at Event Details Level
Add a form option at the event details level to enable information to be shared (e.g., policies) and/or questions to be asked once for the event.

Option to turn off green pop-up confirmations
They interrupt the workflow and cover up useful areas of the screen — the "Add Event" button, for example. And they duplicate links and information that are already available on the same screen.

Notation for when a Work Order has been created
There are two things we would like to have added to the Event Scheduler Module regarding notations for when a Work Order is generated...
An icon of some kind (ie the "Services wrench" or the "Resources camera") that notates on the Calendar that a Work Order was generated for this event.
In the History tab of an event, it would be great if there was confirmation that a Work Order was generated and what the Work Order # is.

Admin Email Reduction
I would like a notification option to NOT notify me when I have submitted and/or approved an event. I am an admin and do most of that work here at our church. I do need emails when OTHER people in our organization submit things, but I don't need the emails telling me that I just did something. I already know that I am working in eSpace and that I am doing things.

Icon / Notation for previously Approved events
It would be helpful to have a notation or icon that shows we are approving an event that has previously been through final approval. NOT another grid. Maybe something similar to the icon that appears when there is a new conversation?

Service Category management within Event Scheduler
We would like to have the ability to manage which Work Order "Service Categories" are visible within the Event Scheduler. Currently the User has to select from ALL the Categories, even those that do not pertain to Events at all.

Modify Page Break by event - keep with next
On the Event Setup report, sometimes an event is half on the bottom of one page and half at the top of the next page, and sometimes data is lost in the page break.
you can select to page break by event, however, that puts one event on each page, which seems wasteful.
i'm suggesting that a new break type is added which would push an event to the next page when it doesn't fit on the current page.

Sub-Admin Approved Events should remain on Sub- Admins Dashboard as Approved
When a sub-admin has a form or service to approve, the event shows up on their dashboard as pending their approval. But once they approve it, it leaves their dashboard forever. It would be great if there was an approved service or event category that would remain on the sub-admins dashboard so they have easy access to pull up the service details and also to have as a reminder of the upcoming event for their department.

space set up complete
space set up complete button, it would be helpful if our guys could click a button after the room is set up to provide a notification to the event planner or manager that the room is ready for a event - or that we had a issue setting up a room....Thoughts?

Option to schedule volunteers/staff to run events
I.e. be able to maintain a roster of people typically willing to help with events. When a new event comes up, roles are established and then all contacts are asked to agree to be scheduled to help work or serve during an event. This would be similar to Planning Center's Services module.

Allow a sub-admin to have pre-approval or final approval rights at one location, but not at all locations.
When a user needs to approve at one location, but only schedule at another, it gets very overwhelming and confusing to have events for both locations show up in their email notifications and dashboards. It would be great to be able to select pre-approve and final approve by location, not just to the person.

Need to edit a service on a single occurrence without changing information on all of the events in that series.
I have an event that occurs every week on our campus. Usually all of the events are the same but there is a rare occasion that calls for a service to provide more equipment. When I fill out that services form requesting the equipment needed it changes all of the events in this reoccurring series. This causes a ton of scheduling issues and confusion on our end. What would be a great feature is to edit services and forms on a single occurrence vs changing them all. Right now I am having to delete this single occurrence and create a…

Report printing pain - data is lost in printing
Sometimes there is data lost at the point between the bottom of one page, and the top of the next page. The only choices for page break on the Event Setup report is none or by event (which uses a lot of pages).
please fix the lost data if not breaking pages.

schedules
Include a warning message on the event details page to notify you that a change to a single schedule will affect the entire event, It appears you are editing one schedule, but in fact campus changes and the public details in particular affect the entire event. A warning should pop up asking if you really want to do that.

Would like the Event List in the app to indicate offsite events
Currently there is no visual indicator in the Event list on the mobile app that an event is offsite. In order to tell it's offsite you need to click the Event Setup and look.
Since the Location and Rooms will show for an event on the Event List in the app, in the absence of those can you show "offsite"

Ability to run a report by a range. for example, run a report for events that are execting between X and Y number of people
Ability to run a report by a range. for example, run a report for events that are execting between X and Y number of people. This would eliminate the need to manipulate the data once it gets to excel.

Have one button to approve an entire occurrence
It would be nice for each occurrence to have an approval button so that I can approve an entire occurrence (not each resource/space/service one at a time) without approving multiple occurrences.

restrict resource quantity by space
I would like the ability in resources to list a inventoried resource once but restrict quantities by space.
For example, if we have 5 wireless microphones but two of them can ONLY be used in the Sanctuary and the other 3 are portable. So, if I request the sanctuary I could request up to 5 mics, but in other rooms I could only request 3.12 votes -
Summer/Winter mode for FACILITeSPACE setpoints
I have about 60 thermostats that control temperature in a couple of hundred rooms. Certain rooms require different setpoints based on personal preference, age of occupants, number of occupants, etc. As we transition between seasons it becomes necessary to adjust setpoints warmer in winter and cooler in summer to keep everyone happy. Currently, this is somewhat difficult as I have to keep track of everyone's seasonal preferences and enter manually twice a year. A Summer/Winter mode in FACILITeSPACE that remembers those preferences would be great.

Ability for admin to override Approved w/ Conflicts for visual calendar to show Approved
Sometime events share spaces and times and are not in conflict. Rather than showing Approved with Conflicts, we would like to have an admin override to mark as Approved (without Conflicts) so the event will show in green on the calendar rather than red. If an event is edited, it will need to go through same conflict checks and then be reevaluated to determine if a conflict exists or is acceptable.
