Guest login/registration
Does eSpace have a guest registering/sign in system in the works? It could mesh with Event Scheduler by registering guests the day of, etc.
It could also work as a guest lobby kiosk. Kind of like a "security"check point. A temporary badge could be printed with access control abilities even. This would be even more robust than just an event guest login/ticketing system.2 votes -
Printing months
It would be nice to be able to print a range of months instead of one at a time. And, it would be nice to have each month fit on one page

Create ROLE in Organizational Contacts list
Not sure "COMPANY" is a good header in this list. If the Contact is a VBS VOLUNTEER or LADIES' EVENT GUEST SPEAKER, let this role be defined by the admins. Thanks!

Ability to forward event forms
Ability to forward event forms without sending the calendar link. Dont want non-members knowing when people are not there.

Ability to have a better view on iPhones to show all public calendar events in a mobile friendly list.
Public calendar works well on Apple devices but not Android devices.

Work Order Triggers
This would be for if we have equipment that requires scheduled maintenance in any way (vehicles need an oil change, etc.). Create the ability to place triggers that create a work order for the facilities workers at a certain amount of miles or hours of usage.

For scheduling manager, when printing Agendas in calendars, I would like to see it filter by day rather than a whole week
I like to print a daily schedule, but would like to print the Agenda style but only one day, rather than the whole week

Hyperlinks in Report Builder
Time saver. Create hyperlink to the Event in Report Builder. Will save having to go back to another page and enter a description.

User Access in Event Scheduler & WOM in one spot
When giving access to a new user for calendar view only, it would be great if we could give them access to the work order management side as a portal user at the same time. It's a lot of extra work to have to create the user in Event Scheduler and then have to switch over to Work Order Management to change them to a portal user.

Adding a new space or child space as an admin
When adding spaces or child spaces as an admin, could you not have the spaces all collapsed already. We have over 300+ spaces and keep adding. It is taking a long time to scroll down to a space in the middle of the page every time I add a child space. Thank You

Make public even request form more customized
Several items on the 'event request form' that we will share with non-registered users should be editable to make it easier to understand for users:
1 - Add ability to include text sections at top and bottom of form for instructions to users
2 - Allow default text in the fill-in text boxes to give more direction to users
3 - Allow changing the labels on items on the form to allow more description for users (for instance, how do they know what the "public" check box is supposed to do?)3 votes -
Include Continuous dates in reports if first day falls within date range.
I pull reports each week for specific resources- Trailer & Vehicles- that I need to pull keys for. Currently, continuous events are not pulling in reports that are narrowed down to the specific resources unless the entire range of the event falls within the range of the report. It would be helpful if continuous events were included as long as the first day of the event falls within the date range selected on the report.

Make the "Are you a robot?" button clearer
On the bottom of the space request forms, there is the "Are you a robot" type section; common, yes, but this one is a tad confusing to users. Could we highlight or make "Click Here to Change" a button? Currently it looks like it's just a phase and not an actual button to click in order to change the sequence of lettering. Also, within the text box, have a phrase like "Type in above letters here" or something along those lines? I had a rather confused patron call me yesterday and went on for a while about that section of…

More info under Event Summary tab please?
When you are on the Event Summary page & you hit the "Print Summary" button, your printout includes additional details that weren't on the Event Summary page (a list of the Event Items, configurations, & notes). I LOVE THIS... but wish that the same details existed on the Event Summary screen. New employees are often confused by having look at multiple pages in order to know how to set up for an event. I usually say the following: "The summary page isn't 100% complete, so always remember to also look under the Setup tab to find the configuration notes." It…

Calendar View and Work Orders
It would be great if a person who has calendar view rights only had the ability to add a work order from that view so they don't have to be added as a portal user on the Work Order Mgmt side. Would save a ton of time for admins who have to change permissions on every single employee who needs to be able to create a work order.

Give admins the ability to allow subadmins approve conflicts in there assigned location or service area.
I would like Admins to have the ability to give a granular permission so that a subadmin can approve conflicts in the location and/or services to which they are assigned. In a school district each building has a subadmin plus one for every service and it would make sense for us to allow them to do that.

Email
When I have a group that has a reocurring weekly or monthly event, and they either make a change for one day or the time they are meeting... it sends the owner an email. And in the email, the info given is just a recap of the original request date. I get a TON of replies to these because they fear that I have scheduled the incorredt date or time, or they are just annoyed at the pointless email. Is there any way you could have the email just state that an adjustment has been made to your event, and…

When "event details updated" shows in the history, it would be helpful for it to tell us what detail was updated.

Link to calendar from Availability page
When viewing an event from the Availability page (during the approval process) it would be nice if the date that is listed was a hyperlink to the Calendar that loaded the appropriate date.
It's nice to get a look at the big picture before approving a space or resource and it would help save a couple clicks if there was a direct link to the calendar displaying the appropriate date rather than having to click "Calendars" and then go to the date.
A direct link will save eSpace bandwidth. Only loading the information the user wants rather than sending them…
