  1. New HELP button

    The new HELP button in the lower right corner of our screens is nice. However, it covers all the other buttons in the same area located on each tab. We are having to pull the scroll bar down to click on this button which becomes an annoyance. It would be helpful to have the "HELP" button located in the lower left corner of the screen where it will not cover any other necessary buttons.

    Thanks for your feedback and suggestion. A number of other folks reported this same observation via a few different channels. As a result, we’ve remove the button completely. The help window can (still) be access using the “Help” >> “Support” link in the upper right area of all pages in eSPACE.

  3. Billing/invoicing for public requests (space rentals)

    Allow invoices and payment processing available within eSPACE (as it relates to external requestors/vendors). Thanks!

  6. Approval Details

    It would help if it would show on the Dashboard (for instance as a pop-up when holding the mouse over the event) what approvals are still needed. We have a situation where some events require approval from several different services / depts, and it is very time consuming to have to look through event details over and over to find out what is holding it up.

    Currently, Admins can go to Settings>Advanced>General>Event Creation and select the following setting “Require at least one event contact” to require a user to add a contact when adding an event. Please reach out to Support if you have any questions. Thanks!

  8. Filter by Days of the Week

    It would be nice to be able to filter by days of the week. i.e. pull up all events that take place on Sundays already scheduled for the calendar year.

    We have opted to use master events and make schedules within those events. Just realized that the search feature won't locate schedules within an event that match...

  11. SubAdmin access to "preapprove" events.

    It would be very helpful to have a sub admin have permission to be a pre approver. I know that only ADMIN can at this time but the people we would like to preapprove events should not have access to settings and other events at different locations. Having admin privileges should not be necessary to have users preapprove events.

  12. Incoming Public Event Requests

    Show the number (as you do in messages) of new incoming Public Event Requests so that the scheduler knows there are new requests to work. Currently-she has to keep checking. Thanks.

  13. Event Request Form-Add button to add event creator to Contacts

    Have to manually enter someone into the contacts when coming in on public event request form. It would be FABulous to have a button to click that said 'Add to contacts'.

  14. Add the word "Edit" to the Edit Icon on the "Setup" Tab

    Please add the word "Edit" to the green button on the "Setup" tab. Many of our casual users have not realized what that button does since it is only an icon with no text. Adding the word "Edit" to the button will make it unambiguous.

  15. Admin Dashboard Event Submission Date

    In the Admin - Pending Pre-Approval Dashboard there is a column with the Created Date for each event. Can the actual date the event was submitted for Admin approval be included? The time between an event creation and submission for approval are not reflected.
    The update is helpful when deadlines are set to prioritize the approval process for scheduling events.

  16. Simple view for sub-admins/setup teams

    We'd love to see a quick and easy view (one-touch?) for setup teams to see without seeing ALL the event details (only what applies to them) or running a report (these views still show more detail than wanted). Thank you!

  19. Allow me to change the Event Owner from the Event Details screen

    Currently, you must save an event then go back to the Event Details screen to change the EVENT OWNER. Our staff has admin assistants who enter in events, but ministry leaders may need to be the OWNER of the event (we don't want to add them in as users). Thank you!

    Admins can currently select “Allow Non-Admin Users to set the Event Owner to another User” within Settings>Advanced>General>Event Creation so that non-Admin users can change the event owner within the Details tab.
