Event Report-contact information
With reports, it would be helpful for the final report to show the contact information. I’m thinking when the staff member responsible to provide Audio/Visual training runs a report, it would be helpful for her to have that contact info on the report and not have to go back and forth from the report back to the calendar. Now, when it comes to the contact info, sometimes the event owner will be operating the audio/visual and other times, there’s someone else responsible. Would it be possible to add the contact info for the person responsible for audio/visual somehow so that it would show on the report or at least show the event owner and their contact info?
