See configurations, room descriptions and images when adding an event
It would be helpful for users...
to see or filter (without a tag) space options by configurations.
to see the description for spaces as they're adding "items" to their reservation. For instance, you may have a new employee who is not familiar with the room names or room names have changed.
to view pictures of spaces rather than upload them to a document library or configuration which is not easily seen from the items tab. One conference room may look different than another.
