View Calendar when selecting rooms
It would be so helpful if users could see the 5-10 events going on before/during/after the event they are trying to schedule when selecting the space for their event. So often people schedule events/meetings for times when we have very large gatherings happening and are disappointed with lack of parking or noise happening during their event...If the calendar populated at the bottom of ITEMS tab so they could see whats going on and where it would really help us make better room and/or time selections for them. On several occasions, Memorial Service receptions have been scheduled next door to Boy Scout meetings or other "high energy" events - not ideal!! I can see this being beneficial when scheduling services also.
