Admins also Sub Admin
Some of our "Event Scheduler Admins" are also the person most responsible for a particular "approval area" and should be the person notified about approving that specific area. I would like an admin to also be able to be a "sub-admin" or the specific approver for a specific area just like sub-admins are.
Many of our admins are only admins because we want them to have rights to the system because of their leadership role. But they are not someone who is working in the eSpace system every day. We need them to be able to get that specific notification to approve something from a specific "Approval area" they are responsible for.

Hi Jim, we have some good (albeit late) news on this idea! This is now possible to do using our "Admins with Sub-Admins Roles" feature, which you can read about in this kb article. Thanks for suggesting (and to all that voted for) this great idea!

It is very helpful and necessary for Admins to be able to also be a sub admin for a service. This is very handy when we don't have a sub admin available for that area for whatever reason (no longer working with our organization, training, vacation, not available to review/approve requests, etc.). I use this all the time in ServiceU. As an admin I can also choose to be a "coordinator" for a certain area so I can keep track of that too. Thanks! Jimena
