I would like to be able to send a reminder email a few days to a week before the event.
I want the email alert, as well as being able to send out the information to others associated with the event, such as our tech director, our security officer, etc.
It would be even better if it "auto sent" based on the contacts associated with the event. Many times a recurring event is going on weekly, but one week, the room has been changed. Also, it would be helpful to show that a meeting day in a recurrance pattern has been canceled.

YES! We would like to be able to send out reminders even as much as 12 months prior to the last occurrence of a reoccurring booking!

This is a huge need for us as well. Be able to choose how many hours/days/weeks/months you want for an email (OR TEXT) notification. AND the ability to have more than one reminder. Example, on large events I do 6 weeks out, then 4, then 1.
