Conditional Questions on Event Request Forms

Roadblock: When completing a custom form, you can pick between A or B. However, if you pick A, you have an additional set of questions you need to answer. However, if you choose B, those questions are not applicable to you.
For example: The Form asks if you have completed the Childcare Screening Process yet. If you say yes, you only have 2 other questions to answer. If you say no, you have 10 additional questions to answer so that you can be screened.
Suggestion: Can Custom Form Fields be visible based on logic? If Custom Form Field A is chosen, Custom Form Field C and D will be visible and able to be completed?
=====
The User should be able to create a Custom Form that have one or more Form Fields show based on a yes/no answer from another Form Field.

Forms should have conditional questions so that users don't have to scroll though all areas when not needed. This also eliminates the need for multiple small forms.

Hanna,
We are actually in development now of really enhancing the event request process. Basically you will be able to expose everything you can create on a real event. It will much more robust and will allow you to do this. Thanks! -

I would like for people to be able to request a quantity of a resource and also have specific questions for certain resources on the event request form instead of linking to a separate form for 1-2 additional questions.
