Be able to reschedule a room and have all the forms and notes transfer over.
It’s been a while since this idea has had some activity, but I believe this suggestion has been completed over the course of several updates during the past year or so. Copying an event now will include all event details, including spaces (rooms), and other event items. Also, when adding spaces to an event, if the forms are the same for the spaces, you only have to complete the form once, and eSPACE can copy the form answers to the other spaces (kb article – https://support.smartchurchsolutions.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402625607181 )
In setting this idea to “completed”, the votes applied to it will be released, and you are welcome to apply them to other ideas, or suggest an idea with more details that is similar to this one (if you feel there is more that needs to be done with this idea).
