When adding a schedule to an event, there is no option to make the add-on schedule PRIVATE.
Ex: A concert may be desired on the Public Calendar but the Meet-and-Greet may be Private. The add-on schedule also shows publicly (shows as the event name). This also poses an issue for people who use the "Add Schedule" option for Setups the night before an event.
Now you have the option to add a schedule to an event and make it public or non-public. See article link here: https://support.smartchurchsolutions.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042388852-Distinguish-Between-Public-and-Non-Public-Schedules

I agree. We have wanted to start using the sub events or "Add New Schedule" for events that have several days of set up needed. This way it will show on our office calendar that it's being used and happening daily, but not on the public calendar, until the event. When we tried, it confused attendees to the start date. We so want the sub events to be private!! please.

Example: We have Women's Bible Study on Tuesday mornings and would like this on our Public Calendar, however we do not want to have listed each sub event of each individual woman's group listed.
