It would be great to have Event Information print on completed forms.
It would be great to have Event Information print on completed forms (e.g. Event Name, Date print on food service form.) For instance if our video or kitchen teams print their forms the event date and name doesn't show up on the form anywhere... We had to add extra fields to the custom forms to collect this info.
