Allow assigned maintenance and cleaning personnel to create Maintenance/Cleaning events. The form for adding this event would be very simple, Just room, date and time range. This obviously would not be a public event and by default will not show up as a conflict, but rather notify the assigned maintenance/cleaning personnel that an event is requesting use of the space. It would also notify the event scheduler that maintenance/cleaning will be happening in the space during that time.
Also allow a chat thread to be created between these two parties so a resolution can be met.
This would be helpful as there usually is a time of cleaning/reseting that has to happen between events, and we want to make sure the maintenance staff has the appropriate time to do so
