Make the "Are you a robot?" button clearer
On the bottom of the space request forms, there is the "Are you a robot" type section; common, yes, but this one is a tad confusing to users. Could we highlight or make "Click Here to Change" a button? Currently it looks like it's just a phase and not an actual button to click in order to change the sequence of lettering. Also, within the text box, have a phrase like "Type in above letters here" or something along those lines? I had a rather confused patron call me yesterday and went on for a while about that section of the form.
