  1. Ability to Upload and Attach Documents and View Image on Hover Details on the Calendar

    There needs to be a way that we can upload a document (i.e. Certificate of Insurance, Vendor Contracts, setup image, etc.). My company is a retirement village that has many events monthly. There are events we hold that have specific setups and require certificate of insurance. There needs to be a way that we can upload these documents and be able to view them by an image that pops up if you hover over an event on the calendar.   2. eSPACE CHAT

    Ability to have instant chat. My company is a retirement community and I work in a large Clubhouse. There is times I need to quickly tell the custodial staff or receptionist something that was changed in the scheduler and makes me get up out of my office and hunt down the custodian or go up to the reception desk. If there was a way to have a chat window throughout the day to shot messages back and forth privately to one another like a group chat that would be FABULOUS!   3. It would be great if we could filter the calendar and the filter would stay in place after logging out.

    Currently we can filter a calendar and the filter will stay in place while in the system, however once I log out, the filter is automatically cleared.

  4. Notation for when a Work Order has been created

    There are two things we would like to have added to the Event Scheduler Module regarding notations for when a Work Order is generated...


    1. An icon of some kind (ie the "Services wrench" or the "Resources camera") that notates on the Calendar that a Work Order was generated for this event.


    2. In the History tab of an event, it would be great if there was confirmation that a Work Order was generated and what the Work Order # is.

  5. On Continuous events, have it post on each day of the event.

    On Continuous events, have the event post on each day of the calendar. This is so the setup/maintenance event shows up each day so they know to clean or setup. We pull the calendar a week at a time. It doesn't always show up if the event is 10 days long and we are pulling 7 days.

  6. Would like to see a section added to the event details that would show all events scheduled around the event being scheduled.

    Show 2 hours on either side of the event being requested. This is important for the event submitter to see what is happening around them and for the admin approving the events. Don't want a meeting in the commons with Cheer practice in the room right beside them.

  7. Is it possible to add event information from the EVENT DETAILS page to the printed version of an attached form

    Entered event information from the EVENT DETAILS page would automatically post to any FORM being developed.

    Information such as: Event ID, Event Name, Dates, Times

  9. Notify Event Owner and Editor event does not have final approval X days before event

    We would like to have event owners notified that their upcoming event has not yet been approved by a sub admin to prompt their follow up with the sub admin.
    Ideally this would be an organizational variable that we could set to notify 7,14, or 21 days ahead of the event.

  10. Export File in CSV Format for Compatibility With Other Applications

    A CSV File Export option - currently it is necessary to open the excel file and use Save AS to make compatible a file compatible with other applications.

  11. User Permissions/Approval Rights

    Can approval options be created for Admins to select or limit Users to view the event details within the calendar? For example, a general user may only require access to view the calendar event without approval rights to open the forms or documents attached to the event for administrative and/or confidentiality purposes.

  13. Edit occurrence name

    I have a multi-occurrence event that takes place every Sunday morning called "Sunday Forum." I need to be able to edit individual "Sunday Forum" occurrences to include the name of the speaker or title of the lecture that day. I.e. "Sunday Forum - Bible Challenge" and the next week "Sunday Forum - Guest Speaker" or whatever. ServiceU (the antiquated program that we are trying to transition from) can do this very easily.

  15. Service Category management within Event Scheduler

    We would like to have the ability to manage which Work Order "Service Categories" are visible within the Event Scheduler. Currently the User has to select from ALL the Categories, even those that do not pertain to Events at all.

  16. Multiple Approval Areas for Items

    Need ability to assign multiple Approval Areas to a Space / Resource / Service. Our Housekeeping Team needs to approve all setup configurations for spaces AND education departments need to approve spaces in their respective areas. So at least two approvals for the same space in that example.

  18. Need to edit a service on a single occurrence without changing information on all of the events in that series.

    I have an event that occurs every week on our campus. Usually all of the events are the same but there is a rare occasion that calls for a service to provide more equipment. When I fill out that services form requesting the equipment needed it changes all of the events in this reoccurring series. This causes a ton of scheduling issues and confusion on our end.   19. Ability for admin to override Approved w/ Conflicts for visual calendar to show Approved

    Sometime events share spaces and times and are not in conflict. Rather than showing Approved with Conflicts, we would like to have an admin override to mark as Approved (without Conflicts) so the event will show in green on the calendar rather than red. If an event is edited, it will need to go through same conflict checks and then be reevaluated to determine if a conflict exists or is acceptable.

  20. Visual indicator of available SPACES on Spaces screen when creating a new event.

    Using the date and time information already entered at the creation of a new event, it would handy to have the available spaces on the SPACES screen "highlighted" in a bold green - as in good to go.

    This would reduce the number of steps in creating the event before there is an actual conflict. Secondly, if you have a multiple spaces that are served by the same HVAC unit, it would allow you select a space that already has the HVAC on rather than a space that would turn on another HVAC unit.
