  1. Don't Automatically Send New User Invitation

    Being able to control when the new account invitation is sent will be very helpful rather than it being an automatic process.

    There are times when one may need to create account(s) but not open the door for users. Case in point. I am setting up eSpace for our organization, and I didn't want staff in the system yet. I didn't realize that each user account I entered sent them an invitation. I now see the light gray warning on the matter, but it was overlooked. Regardless, I envision times when I may want to work a new employee list…

  2. Google Calendar API: more options

    In addition to the existing options (i.e. category, public/non-public, and labels), include the following options: STATUS (pending, draft, approved, etc.) and CAMPUS.

    STATUS: The use of the API becomes compromised when previously approved events disappear for minor edits and require reapproval before they show up on the API again.

    CAMPUS: There isn't any way to create a Google Calendar API for a specific campus - you see events for all campuses.

  3. In the Event Form Request form builder there should be a setting to not allow submissions to be made unless made within a specific timeframe

    So I receive requests a year before the event date most of the time and for that specific area I've had to now cancel so many because of our church planning events and it's caused a lot of stress and confusion for myself and those renting the space. Our Church usually has everything planned around 6 months prior but not really any earlier.

    I've told people on our website that we only accept requests made no longer than 6 months in advance because of this circumstance but still get the requests anyways.

    So I wish there was a time frame…

  4. consumable inventory for an event

    Is there a way to link consumable inventory to an event? We would love to be able to track things like coffee and cups and link it to specific events.

  5. Contract for clients

    I would like to pull a report that has a detailed list of everything that my clients are requesting. It would include quantities, prices, notes, times, spaces, etc so that they all parties involved know what to expect and agree on.

  6. Conversations Tab for Event Scheduler

    I would love to see a Conversations Tab on the Event Scheduler Dashboard similar to the one on the Work Order Management Dashboard. It drives me nuts to see the red conversation bubble on my dashboard because I have to go through all of my upcoming events until I find the event with the conversation. It would be very nice if there was an easier way to find the event with the conversation.

  7. Shortages - unable to submit

    Would like a setting to exist so that when an event that is being created has Shortages it cannot be Submitted.

  8. Automate the Sync to Ministry Platform upon receipt of all Approvals

    We would like eSPACE to auto sync with MP once all approvals are received.

  9. Filter options

    Is there a way to have several programmed buttons to select certain buildings or campuses so on either the Calendar or the home page you can click one button to see events for that one campus.

  10. Tie eSpace spaces to Google Calendar resources

    It would be incredible if eSpace integration with Google Workspace tied our spaces in eSpace to the corresponding Google workspace resources and updated each of those calendars where appropriate.

    Our current workflow has us reserving these in eSpace, and then campus admins copying the data from the eSpace iCal feed to the associated Google Workspace Resource Calendars.

    We also could run into issues if someone schedules things in Google Calendar without adding it to eSpace to reserve those rooms as eSpace is not aware of those outside reservations, and they aren't easily visible with the existing Google integration.

  11. Instead of the word "Approved" (Light Green) for available space, Simply say "Space is Available"

    Instead of the word "Approved" (Light Green) for available space, Simply say "Available." Space that is available looks like the event is approved already.

  12. public notes field

    The public notes are used in all kinds of descriptions on the website and is the description we use when advertising events. However, our sub-admin for advertising cannot see the details page and the public notes area doesn't show on the Summary page - only the event description shows up, which may not be the description to be used for advertising (especially since that field has a size limitation).

    Can the Public Notes field be added to the Event Summary page?

  13. Have an item scheduler that shows everything including online & offsite

    As of right now the item scheduler calendars do not show online or off-campus events so you cannot view ALL events in a grid format.

  14. Have the start day always be part of an event.

    As of now the event start date can easily be removed from the reoccurrence calendar on accident but is confusingly still listed as the start date. It would be great that if it is listed in so much as one place that it still hits the calendar.

  15. Allow for followers and editors

    It would be great if an event could allow for event followers which could include those that are calendar view only users. We would like to have the event show up on their dashboard but not have rights to edit.

  16. Printing reports that include forms

    When printing a report that includes printing forms, add an option to select individual forms instead of just all the forms as it is now. This would reduce print space on an event so less pages and less to view when reading the report.

  18. Make an option to Create an Event Work Order Now

    We're having issues creating an event work order. We have two options - create upon approval or create X days before an occurrence.

    Could you please add an option to create the Event Work Order now? It is frustrating when we can't get an event to create a work order.

  19. Require approval for cancellations

    It would be nice if before an event was cancelled that cancellation had to be approved by an Admin. If we go through all of the work to make sure that an event has the spaces and resources it needs, then we need to know why an event is cancelled. (Or at least that is how our XP operates).

  20. Opening Attachments on Mobile app

    Our facilities team is in need of being able to open .pdf attachments on their mobile devices so they can view the set up maps that people have attached. Currently, it opens up .png and .jpg attachments. They open up very large and there is no way to get out of this view and back into the app without closing the app and reopening it.
