  3. Have different buffers depending on the room

    The preset buffer option is great except that some rooms that are large need longer setup times than small rooms. It would be nice to change the setup/teardown buffer to be different for each room or location.

  4. Setting - Approval Area - Items Description

    When in the Settings > Advanced > Approval Areas. When selecting the "+" sign to see the Items and Sub-Admin; include location. We have rooms at mutilpe campuses that have the same name and the same department approves them. This would make it easier to see which item name belongs to each campus.

    I would like for our staff to not need to manage another password. If eSpace could integrate with our church management system (Ministry Platform) via OAuth or with our Active Directory via SAML (Active Directory Federation Services), that would be GREAT!

  6. Event Report - Selecting specific week days in a date range

    When selecting a date range for running a report, it would be nice to select a specific day of the week. For example, if I am running a report for the next 7 days but I only want to see events on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday then I will only see the events on those specific days in the date range. This will make it easier than running multiple reports for specific days and it will make it easier sorting through the information.

    When looking in an event, not every tab indicates which location you are looking at. It would be nice to have the event code list before the name on the title bar. It would read something like.
    SC - Spiritual Gifts Class (Pending Pre-Approval) (Pre-Approve) (Decline)

  10. Users Settings List Needs Column for Active/Inactive

    On the page found at "Settings">"Basic">"Users" (https://app.espace.cool/Setup/Members) there needs to be a column in the list to show whether or not the user is active/inactive. When we inactivate users (instead of deleting them) we need to have a way to see that they are not an active user in that list. It's important to be able to know the list of which users have access and which do not.

  11. Move the schedule name just below the event name on the details tab.

    When people are editing a schedule, they're getting confused thinking they're making a change to the event because that's what's just above the date/time section. Moving the schedule name/description up to the top would make it a little more intuitively obvious that you're in the right place!

  12. limited details report - just date, time, name, and space without setup

    I would like a system report that is very limited in detail for our security guys to just know what is going on in the building. Just showing date, start and end time, event name, and the space (without the setup). Most of the existing reports are either "fluffy" with a lot of white space or give more detail than needed. While I could use the report builder for the information, report builder does not "print" nicely and taking it to excel to manipulate every time is rather painful. Thanks for your consideration.

  13. set default sort for the pending pre-approval dashboard by date

    Hi, I believe the default sort for the pre-approval dashboard is event ID, but for us it would be really handy to have the default sort (or let me permanently select the default) to be by Event Date... Thanks!

  15. Could we change the email that goes out to highlight the change in a different manner? Currently you need to read the history section to see

    Sandy Olson just requested via email that when their is a change to an event, the notification includes the change instead of the original date.
