  3. Make an option to Create an Event Work Order Now

    We're having issues creating an event work order. We have two options - create upon approval or create X days before an occurrence.

    Could you please add an option to create the Event Work Order now? It is frustrating when we can't get an event to create a work order.

  4. Send notification email when form is submitted to those who need to see the form

    When a form is submitted, currently there is no notification sent to the area connected to the form (ie. tech, foodservice, etc.). And the only way they can find the form is to search through the events and download and print the form. It would be helpful to have email notifications connected to forms that allow the admin to set specific emails to receive a copy of a form when submitted.

  5. Opening Attachments on Mobile app

    Our facilities team is in need of being able to open .pdf attachments on their mobile devices so they can view the set up maps that people have attached. Currently, it opens up .png and .jpg attachments. They open up very large and there is no way to get out of this view and back into the app without closing the app and reopening it.

  6. Max Capacities

    Max Capacities- there should be a way to divide the number of people for an event between multiple spaces so that it is not flagged over capacity for every single room. OR allow a setting for the admin to take off the flagging of over capacity.

  7. Custom Form for Configurations

    The ability to link a custom form to a configuration would be helpful. For instance, I have "Theater Style" for chair setup. I would like to trigger these questions to the event coordinator:
    • How many sections? (1, 2, 3) (2 = center isle)
    • How many rows of chairs?
    • How many chairs per row?

  8. Printing reports that include forms

    When printing a report that includes printing forms, add an option to select individual forms instead of just all the forms as it is now. This would reduce print space on an event so less pages and less to view when reading the report.

  9. Please make the DELETE button on the details tab an Admin only feature

    Deleted events are causing such headaches. People think that if they're on the details tab with the schedule they want to delete in the drop down, that they're only deleting that schedule only to discover the entire event with all schedules is gone forever. At the very least, we need to be able to recover deleted events for a period of time...

  10. Display the dates with no events on the public agenda view

    When looking at an agenda on the public calendar, dates that don't have events scheduled are skipped. This causes a white space to be left if you have a full week of no events- making the calendar look broken rather than empty. It is also confusing to skip a day when reading through a calendar that is otherwise full. I would like to see the dates still listed on the agenda with "no events" listed next to that date.

  11. Add 'TENTATIVE' as an option for Event Requests

    Options currently include 'Submit Event', 'Accept' or 'Decline'

    A 'Tentative' option that may move it to 'My Drafts' or 'Requires Admin Approval' without alerting the requestor would be incredibly useful.

  12. Checking Submitted Request should show Items/space requested

    Once you submit an Event Request Form it aside from showing the Requestor's information under the Event Information section it only shows the event name, event description, Occurrences and times. It does NOT show what Space is also being requested. So when they look over what they asked for they have no idea what space the submitted in their request.

  13. Don't Automatically Send New User Invitation

    Being able to control when the new account invitation is sent will be very helpful rather than it being an automatic process.

    There are times when one may need to create account(s) but not open the door for users. Case in point. I am setting up eSpace for our organization, and I didn't want staff in the system yet. I didn't realize that each user account I entered sent them an invitation. I now see the light gray warning on the matter, but it was overlooked. Regardless, I envision times when I may want to work a new employee list…

  14. Google Calendar API: more options

    In addition to the existing options (i.e. category, public/non-public, and labels), include the following options: STATUS (pending, draft, approved, etc.) and CAMPUS.

    STATUS: The use of the API becomes compromised when previously approved events disappear for minor edits and require reapproval before they show up on the API again.

    CAMPUS: There isn't any way to create a Google Calendar API for a specific campus - you see events for all campuses.

  15. In the Event Form Request form builder there should be a setting to not allow submissions to be made unless made within a specific timeframe

    So I receive requests a year before the event date most of the time and for that specific area I've had to now cancel so many because of our church planning events and it's caused a lot of stress and confusion for myself and those renting the space. Our Church usually has everything planned around 6 months prior but not really any earlier.

    I've told people on our website that we only accept requests made no longer than 6 months in advance because of this circumstance but still get the requests anyways.

    So I wish there was a time frame…

  17. consumable inventory for an event

    Is there a way to link consumable inventory to an event? We would love to be able to track things like coffee and cups and link it to specific events.

  18. Contract for clients

    I would like to pull a report that has a detailed list of everything that my clients are requesting. It would include quantities, prices, notes, times, spaces, etc so that they all parties involved know what to expect and agree on.

  19. Conversations Tab for Event Scheduler

    I would love to see a Conversations Tab on the Event Scheduler Dashboard similar to the one on the Work Order Management Dashboard. It drives me nuts to see the red conversation bubble on my dashboard because I have to go through all of my upcoming events until I find the event with the conversation. It would be very nice if there was an easier way to find the event with the conversation.

  20. Shortages - unable to submit

    Would like a setting to exist so that when an event that is being created has Shortages it cannot be Submitted.
