  1. Max Capacities

    Max Capacities- there should be a way to divide the number of people for an event between multiple spaces so that it is not flagged over capacity for every single room. OR allow a setting for the admin to take off the flagging of over capacity.

  2. Tie eSpace spaces to Google Calendar resources

    It would be incredible if eSpace integration with Google Workspace tied our spaces in eSpace to the corresponding Google workspace resources and updated each of those calendars where appropriate.

    Our current workflow has us reserving these in eSpace, and then campus admins copying the data from the eSpace iCal feed to the associated Google Workspace Resource Calendars.

    We also could run into issues if someone schedules things in Google Calendar without adding it to eSpace to reserve those rooms as eSpace is not aware of those outside reservations, and they aren't easily visible with the existing Google integration.

  3. Availability Schedule - More

    Availability Schedule - needs 2 separate opening times, AM and PM
    We have our Activity Center that has hours we are open in the morning for a span of time and then open in the evening for a space of time. There is not way to designate this in one Availability Schedule and then associate it with that Space.

  4. Instead of the word "Approved" (Light Green) for available space, Simply say "Space is Available"

    Instead of the word "Approved" (Light Green) for available space, Simply say "Available." Space that is available looks like the event is approved already.

  6. space set up complete

    space set up complete button, it would be helpful if our guys could click a button after the room is set up to provide a notification to the event planner or manager that the room is ready for a event - or that we had a issue setting up a room....Thoughts?

  7. Allow a sub-admin to have pre-approval or final approval rights at one location, but not at all locations.

    When a user needs to approve at one location, but only schedule at another, it gets very overwhelming and confusing to have events for both locations show up in their email notifications and dashboards. It would be great to be able to select pre-approve and final approve by location, not just to the person.

  8. restrict resource quantity by space

    I would like the ability in resources to list a inventoried resource once but restrict quantities by space.
    For example, if we have 5 wireless microphones but two of them can ONLY be used in the Sanctuary and the other 3 are portable. So, if I request the sanctuary I could request up to 5 mics, but in other rooms I could only request 3.

  9. default setup time by space

    There is a system wide setting Begin Setup buffer that makes you leave a certain amount of time between one event and the next.
    I propose that this setting can be overridden by a required setup time setting set on the individual spaces.
    The setting in the General settings would be used unless, the space had a specific different amount of time listed.
    THEN it would go with the time for the space that has the longest setup time selected.
    This is needed because for many of our rooms we need very little turn around time as very little setup…

  10. Allow users to create conflicting events for only specified spaces

    It would be nice if you could tell the system to allow conflicts only for specific spaces.

    It should still show there are conflicts when scheduling an event but you could have the system set to not allow any conflicts except for certain spaces.

  12. Remember expanded groups when changing day

    Space Scheduler should remember which groups in the tree are expanded when moving between days. Currently they are either all expanded or all closed after changing the day.

  13. Is it possible to add a column to the item grid for resources to show the Quantity on Hand for inventoried resources?

    Right now when you are working in basic settings on resources, you cannot see how many of each item you have on hand unless you click the edit button for that specific item. It would be nice to have that number visible on the item grid so I can quickly see which items I need to update.

  14. Space scheduler filter not working with hierarchy

    I have my rooms set up as a hierarchical based on building. When I try to use the Filter Scheduler and select rooms in multiple buildings, only rooms from a single building show up.

  15. Keep the "Find a space" option in Condensed Navigation Mode

    The "find a space" option completely disappears from the options on the left when we select condensed navigation mode. It would be helpful if it was available as a drop down or as a button elsewhere.

  16. Users Settings List Needs Column for Active/Inactive

    On the page found at "Settings">"Basic">"Users" (https://app.espace.cool/Setup/Members) there needs to be a column in the list to show whether or not the user is active/inactive. When we inactivate users (instead of deleting them) we need to have a way to see that they are not an active user in that list. It's important to be able to know the list of which users have access and which do not.

  17. Click on a room in a floor composite drawing to pick your room.

    When picking a room for your event, have the option to open a drawing with the rooms shown by each floor level to chose your rooms. Clicking on the room number (multiple rooms if ctrl is used as you pick) would confirm you are aware of the location of your room in larger facilities.

  19. Need conflicting pop-up, instead of the little (!) mark on conflicting rooms

    When there is a room conflict, the little (!) mark does little to no good. There is needs to be a pop-up warning, saying that this room is already booked. The (!) is hard to see and most will not understand it's meaning.

  20. Tabs would reflect the name of the event on the page(s) currently open.

    Our team uses tablets as they work on cleaning & setting up rooms for future events. Sometimes they will have 4-6 pages open with the various tabs only showing "eSPACE" instead of the event / page name Is it possible for the name of the pages open would show on the tabs even when the pages are not being viewed (minimized)?
