  1. Improve Google Calendar Integration to show useful details

    The google calendar integration is currently only pulling the names and event time over from espace. I think this integration would be much more useful if in addition, it would pull over what rooms are reserved, what description has been added, and what resources and services are associated with the event.

  2. Calendar integration: Remember filter settings when changing views

    Currently, eSpace "forgets" what categories are selected when changing views (Daily> choose categories, change to Month and all categories are reset). would be great for this to be able to remember the choices when changing views.

  4. Add bi-weekly as a recurring schedule option

    Current options are daily, weekly, monthly (on x day of each month) or custom. We have a number of groups that meet every other week, which makes scheduling their recurrences a pain.

  5. View Calendar when selecting rooms

    It would be so helpful if users could see the 5-10 events going on before/during/after the event they are trying to schedule when selecting the space for their event. So often people schedule events/meetings for times when we have very large gatherings happening and are disappointed with lack of parking or noise happening during their event...If the calendar populated at the bottom of ITEMS tab so they could see whats going on and where it would really help us make better room and/or time selections for them. On several occasions, Memorial Service receptions have been scheduled next door to Boy…

  6. Public Event Request Confirmation Email

    For the Public Event Request form, the confirmation email that the submitter gets and that also goes to the managers listed in the request form does not include all the information in the email (location, rooms, etc.). After the event is submitted you can go in and generate an email to people, and that email WILL include all the information. Can the email the submitter (and the manager) receive also include this information? It's a rather useless email now because no one can tell which campus the event is at or what rooms/resources/services are requested.

    If I tag a space, I would like those tags to be a reportable field on reports, especially report builder reports.

  8. Setup room configuration layout feature

    I have event creators send me hand drawn photos of the layouts they want for events, quite regularly. I can't be the only one who thinks a simple 2D modeling, layout program within the event set up tab would be useful. Think SketchUp but 2D and make it a simple rectangular room, give ability to put text in locations for easily noting entry points or features of a room, then have a simple catalog of squares, rectangles and circles to signify tables and trash bins, etc.

    We have three campuses, and one would like to use Pre-Approval, while the other two don't want to.

  10. More flexibility to schedule event work orders.

    Some things need to be done the day of an event (making coffee) or after an event (tear down, event follow-up), so the ability to set day of (or 0 days before) and days after (or - days after).

  11. Ability to edit national holiday event category colors.

    The white on turquoise for national holidays (agenda view) is not a good combination. Can it please be added to event categories or general display settings so it can be changed.

  12. Add Approved with Shortages as an option when running event set up reports

    Add this as an option on the pull down when running event set up reports. If I approve an event that has shortages (because I know we can quickly move chairs around for example) even though it's approved on the calendar it will NOT show up as an event when printing reports. This leads to entire events not being on anyone's radar. It's the only one missing from the pull down of options and needs to be added.

  14. Calendar view for Next 7 Days or Next 14 days

    The weekly view is great but when planning events it would be amazing to always see the future 7 days, instead of seeing the current week. Even better would be 14 days ahead!

  15. Option to create groups of events that can be expanded on internal calendar

    On Sundays we have way more events scheduled than other days of the week. We schedule all of our Sunday classes individually to keep track of room assignments and prevent double booking. This makes the Sunday block very long and it is difficult to view the monthly calendar at a glance. What if I could group all the Sunday classes into a "Sunday Classes" event that could be opened/extended to view individual events within that category? That would reduce the clutter on the calendar and allow us to see more details than in condensed mode.

  16. Un-Cancel an event

    Due to Covid we went through our calendars and cancelled many events. We would like to change our reoccurring events that were cancelled back to an active event. I know that we can go to details and Copy the event but it would be great to just un-cancel the event.

  17. Reservation Limit

    One of our users would like to limit the amount of times in a row that a user can reserve specific rooms. For example, they don't want people to be able to book the room more than 5 consecutive times. Is that a possible limitation to place on a space?

  18. iPhone/mobiles need to be able to "two finger" zoom in on any screen.

    Most of my WO are done while I'm out and about. Enter via my iPhone and it would be nice to be able to see what i'm looking at. Small screen, small type, etc. but if I could zoom-in that would help across the board.

  19. Give Sub-Admins ability to fully own Resources/Services/Forms that belong to their team (or create a new permissions level for this purpose)

    Our Admins, who are extremely busy with other areas of responsibility in addition to eSpace, don't always have time/energy to help our Sub-Admins make edits every time a Resource quantity changes or a question needs to be altered on a Form. This results in eSpace containing inaccurate information and makes scheduling more difficult. We have some Sub-Admins who are capable of fully owning their teams' Resource, Service and Forms data, but the Admin team is understandably uncomfortable with the idea of making them full Admins. An intermediate level of permissions would be very helpful here - either an edited version…

  20. Create a approval process for Public Event request

    If someone selects public on their event it would be great to create a request for public calendar request. We would give a sub-admin the permissions to approve or deny the request for that event to appear on the public calendar. If they approve the request the event would of course show up on the internal and public calendar, if they denied the request it would only show up on the internal calendar. The denial have to work differently than other denials so that it would not interfere with the pending approval process of the event.
