How to reopen a work order from an email
Admins can decide to enable the setting "Include Re-open Link on Work Order Completed Email" if they want requesters to be able to reopen a work order for any reason.
- In order to make this happen, they must enable that setting under Settings > Advanced > General > Work Order Workflow.

Then, after a Work Order is marked Completed, the requester will receive an email about the work order being completed. In the work order notification will be an option to reopen it if needed.

Now, a new page will open where you can enter in a reason to re-open the work order and then choose to re-open the work order.

Once done, you will see a confirmation page.

Now, the original user who performed the work will see the Work Order on their Dashboard in three different grids:
All Work Orders In Progress

Admins will also see it here on their dashboard

My Assigned Work Orders

My Work Not Accepted

When the original user who performed the work opens the Work Order, they can see that the status is Work Not Accepted and the Reject Reason
