# WO Notifications | Managing Email & Phone Notifications in Work Order & Asset Management

## How to turn off or on email notifications from your eSPACE account and send notifications to your phone

**Each user can enable or disable email notifications in their eSPACE account.**

From here, you can view the notification options and toggle on the email and/or phone (via the eSPACE app) notifications that you want. It's important to know that in order to get notifications on your phone, you must have the eSPACE app installed and allow notifications from the app on your phone. On the Notification Preferences page, you will see:

1. Name of Notification with explanation under
2. Toggle On/Off for Emails as well as Toggle All On/Off at the top
3. Toggle On/Off for Mobile Push as well as Toggle All On/Off at the top
4. **Save** for saving your selections

- All notifications under notification preferences will only be applied to the service categories, departments (if your account has departments) and locations that the user, sub-admin, and admin have access to under their user permissions.
- An admin can edit which service categories, departments (if your account has departments) and locations a user, sub-admin and other admins under Settings \> Basic \> Users when they edit a user and the options under their user permissions.

#### **Viewing Your Notifications in Your eSPACE Account**

As an Admin, there is a section under SETTINGS \> ADVANCED \> NOTIFICATIONS that will allow you to view all notifications sent out of eSPACE for every user. This will be great if someone claims they did not receive a notification or you want to review any notification. Simply click “VIEW” to actually view the notification that was sent.

#### **My Notifications**

You have the ability to view all notifications sent specifically to you!

Simply click “My Notifications” on the left menu to view a list of all notifications that you have personally received. You can also view the notification that was sent by clicking on “VIEW”.
