[Overview Articles](https://support.espace.cool/espace-knowledge-base/work-order-asset-management?hsLang=en#overview-articles) # Task Report in Work Order Module ## How to create and see a report of all tasks on work orders Facility Stewards often need to see tasks that are on work orders, ones that have been completed, who they are assigned to, etc. In Work Order & Asset Management, you can generate reports for tasks on work orders under Reports \> Tasks Reports in your left side menu bar. #### **Permission to See Tasks** The report will include tasks on work orders that are assigned to work orders that are assigned to the location(s), service category(s), and department(s) that you have access to. Although all users, sub-admins, and admins can generate a task report, if they do not have access to a certain location, service category, or department, then they will not see tasks assigned to those. ### **Generating a Report for Tasks** On that page, you will see the optional columns. Scroll inside the "Enter Report Criteria Below" area to see all the options and check and uncheck as needed.  ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-44-33-5054-PM.png?width=568&height=359&name=image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-44-33-5054-PM.png) If your eSPACE account has more than one location listed, choose a specific location if you need to filter by just one or more. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-45-30-1789-PM.png?width=440&height=77&name=image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-45-30-1789-PM.png) Next, choose either a Simple Date option or a customer date range. Choose either Work Order Creation Date, Work Order Completion Date, OR Work Order Due Date. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-47-50-4797-PM.png?width=318&height=174&name=image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-47-50-4797-PM.png) Last, choose the filter options that you need.  ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-48-23-2445-PM.png?width=962&height=365&name=image-png-Sep-28-2026-09-48-23-2445-PM.png) Once you have made all your selections, click Run Report to see the report generate. ### **Saving a Report Filter Selection** If you have a specific set of filter options that you want to remember and quickly apply again later, click Save Report, name it.
