This feature gives you the ability to track, update, and organize a wide range of Space Property details. From the color of your walls to the type of flooring, dimensions, lighting fixtures, and more.   - **Different eSPACE Subscription Tiers include Different Features** - In order to know what is included in your eSPACE subscription, please contact support@espace.cool - **Viewing Your Subscription Details** - Each eSPACE admin with access to Billing can view what subscription tier your organization currently has and everything that is included in their account under Settings \> Other \> Billing \> Manage.       #### **Adding & Managing Space Properties** Go to the left navigation bar \> Settings \> Advanced \> Space Properties ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-26-2026-09-31-51-5240-PM.png?width=204&height=452&name=undefined-Feb-26-2026-09-31-51-5240-PM.png) On the Space Properties page you will see the following: 1. All *standard* Space Properties listed in addition to any *custom* ones you add 2. Add New Space Property that can be added to existing or new Spaces 3. Quickly Hide or Display any Space Property on the grid for Spaces 4. Delete a Space Property 5. The first of up to 25 Space Properties can be displayed on the space page. In order to see more, click the second, third...page at the bottom of the screen. 6\. You can **Search** the entire Spaces page, including each Space, Space Property or any of the specific data in any of the columns. 7\.
