Admins can take an existing Work Order and turn it into a Maintenance [PM]!
- Sub-admins who have been given permission to manage preventative maintenance under their user permissions and have access to the service category on a work order can also create a PM from the work order.

Go to the Details tab of an existing Work Order

Scroll down to the bottom and click CREATE PM
Choose Yes when asked if you want to create a PM from this Work Order
Now just follow the steps for creating a PM as found in this article: Add and Manage Maintenance [PM] (Admins and/or Sub-Admins)
