Adding & Modifying Spaces/Resources/Services in eSPACE
Admins, when you go to Settings > Basic > Spaces/Resources/Services, you can quickly view your items settings and see any associated Location, Area, Form, and Configurations for each. The Spaces grid also includes "Max Capacity" as shown below.
Item Search Bar
Search any space, resource or service by key words in the name on their respective page under Settings > Basic.
Filtering and Sorting
You can also filter or sort by any column header on the space, resource or service page in order to quickly find spaces, resources or services with certain shared settings or names.
Item Hierarchy
Admins can rearrange the order and/or hierarchy of items (spaces, resources, and services) in Event Scheduler in order to list them in a preferred order or group spaces, resources, or services by building, floor, or building section. Once completed, all users will see the spaces, resources, and services in that hierarchy on the Item tab of events.
