Vehicle Pro is a great feature available on certain subscription tiers of Work Order & Asset Management!
- In order to know if this feature is included in your eSPACE subscription tier, please contact support@espace.cool.
For those that are on an eSPACE subscription tier which includes Vehicle Pro, they will be able to update Vehicle mileage in bulk using using a template they can download from eSPACE!
Go to the left navigation bar > Vehicles.
Once there, scroll down and click Import Mileage.
The download the template by clicking "Here" in the top statement.
After opening the Excel file, enter all your mileages for your existing vehicles in the Work Order module and then save that file.

These are only for existing Vehicles in the work order module, so all VehicleID's must exist already
Next, upload the Excel file and click Save.
You will see the following (toward the bottom) that indicates you successfully imported your mileages!

Viewing Your Subscription Details
- Each eSPACE admin with access to Billing can view what subscription tier your organization currently has and everything that is included in their account under Settings > Other > Billing > Manage.
