[Vehicle Pro](https://support.espace.cool/espace-knowledge-base/work-order-asset-management?hsLang=en#vehicle-pro) # Vehicle Mileage Import ## How import vehicle details into the Work Order module Vehicle Pro is a great feature available on certain subscription tiers of Work Order & Asset Management! - In order to know if this feature is included in your eSPACE subscription tier, please contact support@espace.cool. For those that are on an eSPACE subscription tier which includes Vehicle Pro, they will be able to update Vehicle mileage in bulk using using a template they can download from eSPACE!   Go to the left navigation bar \> Vehicles. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Mar-03-2026-07-48-05-7554-PM.png?width=330&height=510&name=undefined-Mar-03-2026-07-48-05-7554-PM.png) Once there, scroll down and click Import Mileage. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-03-2026-07-48-56-8853-PM.png?width=670&height=84&name=image-png-Mar-03-2026-07-48-56-8853-PM.png) The download the template by clicking "Here" in the top statement. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-03-2026-07-49-35-4054-PM.png?width=427&height=253&name=image-png-Mar-03-2026-07-49-35-4054-PM.png)   After opening the Excel file, **enter** all your mileages for your existing vehicles in the Work Order module and then save that file.  -
