How to understand the colors of events on the internal calendar
When you view the events on the internal Daily, Weekly, Two Weeks, or Monthly view in your eSPACE the events may be in different colors depending on their approval status.
- Admins can also choose to show or not show several pieces of information on the internal calendar views such as event requests, location codes (abbreviations), national holidays and more. These settings are found under Settings > Advanced > General > Display Features. Related article: Display Features | Customizable Options For Internal Calendar
Green Event
- Event with approved status

Green Events with "Awaiting Final Approval"
- When the account has Final Approval enabled and the event is still pending final approval

Green Event with "Offsite Event" tag
- Event that is marked as offsite on the Details tab

Green Event with "Virtual" tag
- An event that is marked as virtual on the Details tab

Yellow Event with "Pending Pre-Approval"
- When the account has Pre-Approval enabled and the event is still pending pre-approval

Yellow Event
- Event that is still pending approval from sub-admins (Requires Sub-admin Approval) and admins (Requires Administrative Approval)

Red Event
- Event that is in conflict with another event that is reserving the same spaces, resources, and/or services for the same day and time, but not yet approved

Green Event with Red Text
- Event that has been approved w/conflicts

Gray Event
- An event that is in draft mode and needs to be submitted for aproval.

Blue Event
- Events submitted from an Event Request Form that are not yet approved/submitted for approval
- This type of event will show if selected within Settings > Advanced > General >Display Features
- Once the manager of the event request form submits the request, it will go through normal workflow and show on the calendar highlighted based on status.

White Events that are Crossed out With Canceled tag
- A whole event OR occurrence on an event has been canceled
- This type of event will only show if selected within Settings > Advanced > General >Display Features
