Accessing The New Module in eSPACE
After you add any of these to your eSPACE subscription on the Billing page, and contact Support to have them configure your account on the backend for your specific HVAC or door integration, you will be able to click on “My Modules” dropdown and select FACILITeSPACE.
- Once inside the FACILITeSPACE module, you will be able to expand the additional module(s) purchased to select your integration type and follow the steps to your specific integration.
Setting Up FACILITeSPACE Users
Once the module is added to your eSPACE account, in FACILITeSPACE under Settings>Users you can select each user and allow them access to a specific FACILITeSPACE module. You are able to limit their access by location level, if you need, by selecting the specific location(s) under the section titled “Location Permissions”.
- When a user has permission for a FACILITeSPACE module, they will be able to access that module on their dashboard (HVAC & DOORS only)
Dashboard Settings
FACILITeSPACE users will be able to set up some dashboard board settings including:
- Grid order
- The next X days of info they want to see on the dashboard
- Ability to "hide" grids
- Ability to default grids "collapsed"
