[Other Integrations: SSO, Google, Outlook, APIv2](https://support.espace.cool/espace-knowledge-base/event-scheduler?hsLang=en#other-integrations-sso-google-outlook-apiv2) # Download a Single Approved Event to your Google or Outlook Calendar! ## How to add a single eSPACE event to your calendar If you have an approved event that you'd like to quickly download to your Google or Outlook calendar, you can do so by taking the following steps! - Then select the "**Download .ics File**" button.   #### **Outlook Users** - If you are using **Outlook,** then your event will start downloading and when it is done, simply click on the file to open it and then select "**Save & Close**". ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Mar-02-2026-03-52-23-6752-PM.png?width=670&height=277&name=undefined-Mar-02-2026-03-52-23-6752-PM.png) - When you go to your **Outlook** Calendar, you will see the event! ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Mar-02-2026-03-52-30-2290-PM.png?width=221&height=53&name=undefined-Mar-02-2026-03-52-30-2290-PM.png) -
