[ChMS to eSPACE for Integration Scheduling](https://support.espace.cool/espace-knowledge-base/integrations?hsLang=en#chms-to-espace-for-integration-scheduling) # Breeze to eSPACE for FACILITeSPACE Integrations ## How to connect your Breeze account to eSPACE in order to schedule your HVAC, doors, and digital signage ![mceclip0.png](https://support.smartchurchsolutions.com/hc/article_attachments/5934939492123) **Breeze and eSPACE Integration**  This integration was designed by both companies so that you can continue to use Breeze to enter and manage all your events and then have eSPACE “pull” your approved events over in order to use our FACILITeSPACE integrations. This way as events are approved in your events in Breeze, your HVAC, doors and/or digital signage displays can automatically be scheduled for events! - Click on one of the following links to learn more about our HVAC, doors and/or digital signage integrations with eSPACE. - Please search and read the specific articles to learn more about the HVAC, door, and digital signage integrations that we offer.  - Please check with sales or support first to make sure your HVAC company and/or door company is one of the companies that we have a partnership with **BEFORE** adding to your subscription. - **Different eSPACE Subscription Tiers include Different Features Including Integrations** - In order to know what is included in your eSPACE subscription tier, please contact support@espace.cool. - **Viewing Your Subscription Details** - Each eSPACE admin with access to Billing can view what subscription tier your organization currently has and everything that is included in their account under Settings \> Other \> Billing \> Manage. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-51-27-5924-PM.png?width=670&height=314&name=undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-51-27-5924-PM.png) ### **How This Sync Works** This is a **one-way sync** from Breeze to eSPACE Event Scheduler by matching the space names on events in Breeze with space names in your eSPACE Event Scheduler account. - **The purpose** **of this integration:** to continuously sync every few minutes and to only bring over the space names and a few days of events at a time with minimal information so that FACILITeSPACE knows which thermostat/HVAC unit, door or digital signage display to update. - **In order to correctly integrate** eSPACE and Breeze, ALL spaces manually created in Event Scheduler must be deleted and all spaces must be synced over from Breeze to Event Scheduler, which can be done under Settings\>Basic\>Spaces. This means that NO spaces can be manually added in eSPACE. - **Events on the Calendar vs. Dashboard:** The internal Calendar in eSPACE and the Dashboard's "Upcoming Events – Next 30 Days" views are not designed to show the same list of events. The different Calendar views in eSPACE display every occurrence within the date range being viewed, including past dates. The Dashboard in eSPACE only lists fully approved events *with* a future occurrence ending within the next 30 days, so an event whose next occurrence has already passed, falls outside that window, or has no remaining occurrence will not appear on the Dashboard "Upcoming Events - Next 30 days" grid. To confirm whether a specific event synced correctly, check the Calendar rather than the Dashboard widget. #### **Part One: Integrating Breeze with eSPACE** **1.** Login to your eSPACE account  **2.** From the left side menu click on Integrations ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-51-33-9685-PM.png?width=215&height=309&name=undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-51-33-9685-PM.png)   **3.** From available providers, click "Integrate Now" under the **Breeze** logo. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-51-40-4299-PM.png?width=284&height=71&name=undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-51-40-4299-PM.png)   **4.** Enter your information with **SubDomain and API Key** and click on **Save** button to complete the integration. If you have questions about how to find these items, please contact Breeze Support.   ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-18-2026-04-52-08-7851-PM.png?width=463&height=203&name=image-png-Feb-18-2026-04-52-08-7851-PM.png) **5.** Make sure to contact Breeze support for any and all assistance with their product, including getting the credentials needed to enter in your eSPACE account for HVAC, door, and digital signage integrations.    #### **Seeing Your Events in eSPACE** 15 minutes after that, eSPACE will start polling the Breeze API every 15 minutes to pull in your approved events for the next few days. eSPACE will also sync over your rooms which you will see in your eSPACE account under Settings/Basic/Spaces.  ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-53-07-6000-PM.png?width=624&height=76&name=undefined-Feb-18-2026-04-53-07-6000-PM.png)   #### **Part 2: Setup the Events in eSPACE to Schedule your HVAC, Doors, and Digital Signage** 1. To then set up your eSPACE FACILITeSPACE account to schedule your HVAC, doors or digital signage, make sure you also have COOLSPACE, SECURESPACE and/or INFOSPACE added to your eSPACE subscription. 2.
