[Billing & Invoicing](https://support.espace.cool/espace-knowledge-base/event-scheduler?hsLang=en#billing-invoicing) # Billing & Invoicing | Open Rental Request Events on the Dashboard ## How to view events that are submitted through a billable public form on your dashboard **Billing & Invoicing is a great feature available on certain subscription tiers of Event Scheduler!** - In order to know if this feature is included in your eSPACE subscription tier, please contact support@espace.cool. **Event Requests Form is also a great feature that allows non-eSPACE users to submit event requests and is available on certain tiers as well!**   For those that are on an eSPACE subscription tier which includes Billing & Invoicing and Event Request Forms, admins can add a grid to their dashboard that will display event requests that are submitted from an external Event Request Form that has billable items. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-26-2026-09-47-12-1553-PM.png?width=670&height=139&name=undefined-Feb-26-2026-09-47-12-1553-PM.png) - Related article: External Event Request Forms | Allow Non-eSPACE People to Request an Event - See section: **Making an Event Request Form Billable** #### **Displaying "Open Event Requests" on Your Dashboard** - For any user who has access to the Billing & Invoicing feature, they will want to then go to their Dashboard and click to "Edit Dashboard Settings"**,** located on the top left side of your dashboard below your name. Once on the dashboard settings page, the user will need to click "Edit" to the right of "Rental Requests"and un-check "Is Hidden" and "Is Collapsed" then click "SAVE". This will allow them to see the new "Rental Request" grid on their dashboard which will include event requests from "external users" when they submit a public "Event Request Form" that includes billable items. ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Feb-26-2026-09-47-23-4812-PM.png?width=670&height=403&name=undefined-Feb-26-2026-09-47-23-4812-PM.png)   Back on the dashboard, within the Rental Request grid, you can do the following: 1. **Search** for any Rental Request 2. **Sort** by clicking on any column header name to put in ascending or descending order 3. **Export** Rental Requests to Excel and further manipulate 4. **Submit** **Event**, **Approve** or **Decline** to the right as part of the Rental Request workflow ![](https://support.espace.cool/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-26-2026-09-51-31-5224-PM.png?width=670&height=152&name=image-png-Feb-26-2026-09-51-31-5224-PM.png) #### **Giving Users Access** - If you have just upgraded to a tier that includes Billing & Invoicing, only the admin with access to billing is given immediate access to that feature. However, they can go to Settings/Basic/Users and edit a user's "User Permissions" to grant them access by toggling on "Billing and Invoicing Admin".   **Different eSPACE Subscription Tiers include Different Features** - In order to know if this feature is included in your eSPACE subscription tier, please contact support@espace.cool. **Viewing Your Subscription Details** - Each eSPACE admin with access to Billing can view what subscription tier your organization currently has and everything that is included in their account under Settings \> Other \> Billing \> Manage.
